Manage and maintain EVV data for state/federal compliance, train staff and caregivers on EVV/mobile apps, coordinate caregiver scheduling, resolve payroll/timesheet issues, assist audits, and provide customer service to clients and families.

Drive referral growth and client admissions through community outreach, relationship development, territory marketing, in-home assessments, presentations, and CRM management. Serve as liaison with hospitals, referral partners, clients, and families to guide intake, ensure documentation, collaborate with internal teams, and meet KPIs for admissions, revenue, and retention.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance. Partner with hiring managers, represent the organization at hiring events, maintain ATS records, coordinate background and credential checks, ensure I-9/E-Verify compliance, and support recruiting projects and process improvements.
