Provide in-house corporate and securities legal counsel supporting board governance, corporate secretarial duties, entity formation/dissolution, compliance, and transactional due diligence (M&A, equity). Prepare board materials and filings, advise executives and board members, monitor securities law developments, and perform other legal work as directed by General Counsel.
