Provide in-house corporate and securities legal counsel supporting board governance, corporate secretarial duties, entity formation/dissolution, compliance, and transactional due diligence (M&A, equity). Prepare board materials and filings, advise executives and board members, monitor securities law developments, and perform other legal work as directed by General Counsel.

The Quality Engineer II will design, develop, and maintain automated tests for UI and API functionalities, collaborating with the QA team and ensuring quality standards are met within CI/CD pipelines.

The Lead Site Reliability Engineer will establish the SRE operating model, implement AI-enabled reliability use cases, manage reliability metrics, and oversee operational readiness while collaborating with teams and mentoring engineers.
