Designs, develops, integrates, validates, and supports automated test equipment hardware for multidisciplinary products. Responsibilities include board design, hardware bring-up, debugging, characterization, test methodology development, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The role works with analog, digital, audio, RF, optical, power, and embedded systems while collaborating with hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Lead Cardo’s EMEA sales and marketing team, develop regional sales strategies, manage account executives and distributors, grow direct and online channels, establish regional subsidiaries, oversee forecasts and budgets, recruit and develop sales talent, and collaborate on global initiatives. The role requires extensive EMEA travel, strong channel-partner expertise, strategic planning, leadership, communication, and international business experience.

Manages business applications supporting marketing, e-commerce, AI initiatives, and product lifecycle management. Owns Shopify, PLM systems, integrations, product structures, BOMs, part numbers, engineering information, and change processes. Partners with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement solutions, automate workflows, improve processes, introduce AI capabilities, and manage vendors. The role also participates in digital transformation projects and translates business requirements into technology solutions.
