Teams at Cardo Systems

Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, validate orders, monitor shipments and backorders, resolve fulfillment issues, coordinate global warehouses, EMS and logistics partners, support inventory allocation and supply readiness, maintain ERP and order platform data, and drive reporting and process improvements.

Lead and grow distributed mobile teams (25–40 engineers) to deliver Cardo's iOS and Android apps. Drive AI-first transformation, enforce scalable architectures (Swift/Kotlin, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Jetpack), implement CI/CD and automated testing, manage releases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use metrics to improve product and development outcomes.

Drive expansion and management of Cardo’s authorized dealer network across China: recruit and develop retail partners, ensure retail execution and merchandising, deliver partner training, manage channel compliance and pricing, monitor inventory and sales performance, conduct store visits and business reviews, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with distributors, marketing, and internal stakeholders. Frequent travel and independent fieldwork required.
