Lead Cardo's commercial efforts in ANZ by developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributors and retail/e‑commerce channels, hiring and mentoring local staff, ensuring field presence through dealer visits and events, aligning with marketing and headquarters on campaigns, pricing and inventory, forecasting and tracking KPIs, and representing the brand at trade shows.

Drive ERP and CRM data integration projects, design and manage system interfaces, execute migrations, optimize business processes, ensure data quality, and provide advanced technical support. The role collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, manages project scope and resources, and develops scalable data architecture solutions using SQL, ETL, APIs, and middleware.

Lead product marketing for Cardo's powersports communication products: develop positioning, GTM strategies, launches, collateral, sales enablement, market research, and cross-functional alignment to drive awareness and revenue.
