Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers—run kickoff and discovery, coordinate technical integrations and graphics, train users, track progress in HubSpot, resolve onboarding blockers, and hand off to Customer Success while improving onboarding processes.

Own manual and automated QA across image processing pipelines, client APIs, WebPlayer UI and dealer integrations. Execute cross-browser/device tests, validate API responses, log and track defects in JIRA, participate in agile ceremonies, and improve test coverage, tooling, and QA processes to ensure stable, production-ready releases.

Lead and manage a technical integrations team to deliver and optimize client onboarding across Europe and North America. Own integration workflows, coordinate with IMS providers, configure data imports (FTP/APIs), troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Onboarding, Customer Success, and global engineering teams.
