Prospect new clients among automotive dealerships and manufacturers through research and cold calling. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, collaborate with the Account Manager to secure qualified appointments, and support sales and revenue targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Provide Level 2 technical support to strategic US customers by investigating complex issues, identifying root causes, coordinating with customers, support, product, engineering, and external partners, and managing incidents through resolution. Communicate technical information clearly, document issues, improve support processes, guide Level 1 Support, and contribute to knowledge bases and continuous improvement.

Manage strategic B2B SaaS customer accounts across North America after onboarding. Serve as the primary post-sales contact, provide proactive support, coordinate issue resolution, understand customer systems and integrations, drive product adoption, support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and communicate customer feedback internally. The role requires technical aptitude, strong relationship management, and collaboration across Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
