The Technical Operations Manager oversees the operations of a Technical Operation Centre, ensuring efficient incident management, client support, SRE/AIOps, and operational excellence.

Monitor infrastructure alerts and triage incidents in a 24x7 Operations Centre. Perform first-line and L2 checks using runbooks, basic Linux and network diagnostics, manage ITSM tickets, provide customer updates, escalate to specialist teams, support shift handovers, and improve operational runbooks and documentation.

Serve as the dedicated technical partner for customers using Era4's AI/HPC platform. Manage onboarding, translate workload requirements into provisioning plans, validate cluster and network readiness, own account runbooks, coordinate incident escalation and RCA, and report on SLA/KPI performance while feeding product and backlog priorities.

Own and improve business operations processes and admin. Draft and version-control policies, maintain trackers, support projects, build light automations, and ensure audit-ready governance.

Own validation, reliability, and technical documentation for bare-metal, VM, Kubernetes, and ML infrastructure. Design and execute integration tests, build repeatable test frameworks, define quality gates and SLOs, and author developer-facing docs while partnering closely with platform engineers to ensure production readiness for AI training workloads.

Contract Data Centre Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate high-performance data centre networks (leaf-spine, EVPN/VXLAN), manage routing (BGP/OSPF), automate configurations (Python/Ansible/Terraform), troubleshoot network and Linux systems, support Kubernetes networking, and contribute to monitoring, documentation, and capacity planning for AI/GPU infrastructure.

The CAD Engineer will create 2D and 3D CAD drawings, collaborate with teams, and conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify conditions.

Build AI-driven SRE tooling and agentic automation to triage, diagnose, and remediate infrastructure issues. Integrate LLM-powered agents with observability, ITSM, and infrastructure APIs, develop self-service tooling and ChatOps, tune event/alert intelligence, and convert runbooks into auditable executable automations while contributing to operational standards and incident learning.

The Technical Writer will create and maintain technical documentation, translating complex technical concepts into clear content for internal and customer use, while working closely with engineering and product teams.

The Project Manager will drive cross-functional initiatives in land and energy development, public policy, and data centre project coordination, managing timelines and stakeholder engagement while resolving obstacles.

Provide PA and administrative support to the Technical Director, managing diaries, travel, correspondence, meetings, minutes, expenses and confidential files; coordinate communications between internal teams, regulators and advisers; support environmental permitting, regulatory reporting and audit administration across UK and Isle of Man sites.
