Teams at Carbon Robotics

Work with software, mechanical, and electrical teams to design and implement robot-side features and algorithms for LaserWeeder and autonomous tractor kits. Build and troubleshoot robotic system software, develop tooling, and improve machine learning pipelines to deliver AI performance to deployed robots.

Lead strategy and execution for remote autonomous operations, building and scaling Remote Operations Control Centers (ROCCs). Define intervention protocols, staffing, KPIs, tooling, and escalation pathways. Partner with engineering and field teams to reduce human interventions, improve uptime, and translate operational insights into autonomy improvements. Hire, train, schedule, and manage operator performance while driving process automation and continuous operational optimization.

As a Wiring Harness Engineer, design and test wiring interconnect systems, engage with multidisciplinary teams, and support manufacturing processes for electrical harnesses.
