The Director of FP&A will lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, manage Board-level reporting, optimize financial systems, and mentor the FP&A team while partnering with business leaders to achieve strategic goals.

Plan and run experimental research at the interface of print development and materials to improve Carbon's additive manufacturing processes. Design and execute experiments to study print and bake parameters, characterize material properties and dimensional accuracy, collaborate with production partners to scale processes, and write technical reports and presentations for cross-functional teams.

Lead and coordinate complex software development programs, create and execute project plans, track milestones, budgets and dependencies, manage vendor relationships, mitigate risks, facilitate cross-team communication, drive technical decisions, report to stakeholders, and help define team processes and cadences in partnership with Product and Engineering Managers.

Contract senior technical recruiter owning full lifecycle hiring for hardware and software roles. Build diverse pipelines, proactively source passive candidates, screen for technical fit, manage offers and negotiations, navigate internal approvals and onboarding, maintain ATS data, and partner with hiring managers. Onsite in Sunnyvale for approximately six months.
