Own manufacturing quality on the production floor: investigate nonconformances and complaints, lead root-cause and containment actions, implement SPC and in-process inspection, support supplier quality (FAI, SCARs, DFMEA), drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering across NPI and production.

The Director of FP&A will lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, manage Board-level reporting, optimize financial systems, and mentor the FP&A team while partnering with business leaders to achieve strategic goals.

Manage benefits, leaves, immigration, and compliance programs; act as escalation point for complex employee inquiries; administer 401(k), workers' compensation, FMLA/ADA leaves; liaise with immigration counsel; support Workday data integrity; manage vendor relationships and employee recognition programs.

Design resilient cloud-to-device networking and Linux bring‑up/update systems, drive end-to-end initiatives, participate in on-call/incident response, and provide technical leadership and mentorship across backend, infrastructure, and device teams.

Own and extend core backend services (Fleet Management, Auth, Core APIs), build scalable web infrastructure on GCP, contribute React/Three.js front-end work, design and ship major features end-to-end, and mentor engineers to maintain high availability and performance.

Lead and coordinate complex software development programs, create and execute project plans, track milestones, budgets and dependencies, manage vendor relationships, mitigate risks, facilitate cross-team communication, drive technical decisions, report to stakeholders, and help define team processes and cadences in partnership with Product and Engineering Managers.
