Lead and grow the Hardware Engineering organization, set technical strategy and roadmap, oversee end-to-end hardware projects, recruit and develop engineering talent, drive engineering excellence and process improvements, and partner with Product and senior leadership to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products on schedule.

Lead firmware architecture and a firmware engineering team to develop real-time C/C++ firmware on TI/ARM platforms. Design drivers, state machines, sensor integration, motor and feedback control, and firmware build/update systems. Partner with electrical, mechanical, software, and systems teams, create tests in C++ and Python, debug hardware/software issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and ship customer-facing React web applications and modern REST/gRPC APIs, scale web-to-backend systems on cloud platforms (GCP), own features end-to-end, collaborate with product, and mentor junior engineers while working onsite in Sunnyvale.
