Commercial Counsel partners with global sales and business teams to draft and negotiate complex agreements involving hardware, software, subscriptions, services, materials, vendors, consulting, supply, and joint development. The role protects intellectual property, supports international operations and litigation, reviews marketing claims, improves compliance policies and training, and develops sales templates and negotiation playbooks. Candidates need substantial commercial legal experience, preferably in-house medical device experience, supply agreement expertise, and California licensure or in-house registration.

Own and extend multi-cloud AWS/GCP infrastructure, networking between cloud and field devices, Kubernetes clusters with Istio, Terraform IaC, and CI/CD pipelines. Drive reliability, on-call incident response, and mentor teams to improve platform operability and delivery.

Lead architecture and stewardship of mission-critical web services (Fleet Management, Auth, Core APIs). Build scalable front-end and cloud infrastructure on GCP, leverage React and Three.js for high-performance rendering, design distributed systems and data pipelines, own initiatives end-to-end, and provide cross-functional technical leadership and mentorship.
