Own and extend multi-cloud AWS/GCP infrastructure, networking between cloud and field devices, Kubernetes clusters with Istio, Terraform IaC, and CI/CD pipelines. Drive reliability, on-call incident response, and mentor teams to improve platform operability and delivery.

Own and build backend services that provision, update, and communicate with a global fleet of printers. Design resilient cloud-to-device networking and Linux bring‑up/update systems, drive end-to-end initiatives, participate in on-call/incident response, and provide technical leadership and mentorship across backend, infrastructure, and device teams.

Lead architecture and stewardship of mission-critical web services (Fleet Management, Auth, Core APIs). Build scalable front-end and cloud infrastructure on GCP, leverage React and Three.js for high-performance rendering, design distributed systems and data pipelines, own initiatives end-to-end, and provide cross-functional technical leadership and mentorship.
