Manage and grow a Tennessee sales territory by prospecting for new customers, retaining existing accounts, promoting industrial coatings products, and achieving revenue goals. Build customer relationships, provide product education and solutions, monitor market activity, develop annual sales plans, and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce. The role involves independent field work, collaboration with internal teams, and travel of up to 60%.
