Support the Product Design team with concepting, sketching, prototyping (including 3D printing), model assembly, rendering, photography retouching, testing, and design research. Participate in brainstorms, create presentations, and help with exploratory visual directions and team support in an on-site Los Angeles internship.

Lead and scale Caraway’s affiliate program end-to-end: recruit and manage publisher and network partnerships, set commission structures, optimize performance using data, collaborate cross-functionally (PR, influencer, content, paid media), pitch editorial opportunities, and report KPIs to leadership to drive predictable affiliate revenue and brand visibility.

Build and scale a QA program from scratch for in-house and BPO teams, design frameworks and scorecards, manage and coach QA staff, analyze QA and CX data, own AI-powered interaction quality, audit touchpoints for compliance and brand voice, partner cross-functionally to improve policies and training, and lead reporting, calibration, and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end paid search strategy and execution to drive ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth. Manage campaign setup, bidding, budgets, product feeds, tracking pixels, and reporting. Design and run tests, analyze performance using analytics tools, and collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Growth teams to optimize DemandGen and paid social efforts.
