Build and lead Caraway’s product safety and compliance function across cookware, appliances, food-contact materials, textiles, and packaging. Establish testing frameworks, regulatory processes, supplier diligence, material traceability, claims substantiation, lab relationships, and incident-response procedures. Monitor US and international regulations, manage audits and CAPAs, support transparent marketing claims, and educate cross-functional teams. The role requires extensive experience with consumer product compliance, food-contact materials, Asian suppliers and laboratories, and international travel of up to 35–40% annually.

Lead and scale Caraway’s affiliate program end-to-end: recruit and manage publisher and network partnerships, set commission structures, optimize performance using data, collaborate cross-functionally (PR, influencer, content, paid media), pitch editorial opportunities, and report KPIs to leadership to drive predictable affiliate revenue and brand visibility.

Lead end-to-end paid search strategy and execution to drive ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth. Manage campaign setup, bidding, budgets, product feeds, tracking pixels, and reporting. Design and run tests, analyze performance using analytics tools, and collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Growth teams to optimize DemandGen and paid social efforts.
