Coordinates with operations, engineering, materials, and quality teams while managing attendance, corrective action, union-contract compliance, and shift performance.

Supervises skilled trades employees and schedules, manages union-related requirements, oversees small construction projects, coordinates large projects with subcontractors, identifies technical training needs, and monitors project budgets. The role also coordinates installation, programming, safety, maintenance, and machinery repair activities while ensuring projects meet schedule, cost, quality, and safety expectations.

Performs welding, rigging, carpentry, mechanical alignment, machinery installation, dismantling, repair, lubrication, and building maintenance. Reads blueprints and schematics, moves and secures heavy equipment, constructs machine foundations, operates machining tools, and directs hoisting activities. The role requires troubleshooting, project coordination, safety compliance, physical work in challenging environments, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Leads skilled trades personnel on the overnight shift to resolve equipment issues, improve plant performance, and meet production goals. Oversees maintenance activities aligned with safety, quality, delivery, housekeeping, and waste reduction. Reviews root-cause analyses, plans manpower and material resources, supports budgets and projects, enforces plant policies and union requirements, manages employee discipline, and coordinates with operations, materials, engineering, and quality teams.

Coordinates site-level environmental health and safety programs across audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, job hazard analyses, supplier compliance, training, licensing, respirator fit testing, and regulatory adherence. The role communicates safety requirements, maintains documentation, supports EHS committees, reviews pre-task plans, and follows up on open issues while providing evening, overnight, off-shift, and weekend coverage as needed.

Performs overnight installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for industrial production equipment and building systems. Duties include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, steam, fire suppression, hydraulic, structural, roofing, painting, masonry, appliance, and furniture maintenance. The role also operates motorized equipment, maintains safe work areas, responds to facility issues, and supports production and site operations.

Oversee recycling operations and environmental compliance within a manufacturing facility. Conduct audits and inspections, maintain regulatory records and permits, prepare environmental reports, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams on environmental protection technologies, waste reduction, and sustainability initiatives. Train employees on environmental policies and recycling procedures while supporting continuous improvement efforts. This is an overnight third-shift role, Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
