Leads skilled trades personnel on the overnight shift to resolve equipment issues, improve plant performance, and meet production goals. Oversees maintenance activities aligned with safety, quality, delivery, housekeeping, and waste reduction. Reviews root-cause analyses, plans manpower and material resources, supports budgets and projects, enforces plant policies and union requirements, manages employee discipline, and coordinates with operations, materials, engineering, and quality teams.

Leads skilled trades personnel and maintenance activities to achieve production, safety, quality, delivery, housekeeping, and waste-elimination goals. Oversees root-cause analysis, planned maintenance, manufacturing projects, budgets, contractors, substation maintenance, lockout procedures, switching plans, rigging, and safe work execution. Manages attendance, corrective action, union-contract compliance, standardized work, cross-functional coordination, and employee development in an automotive manufacturing plant.

Coordinates site-level environmental health and safety programs across audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, job hazard analyses, supplier compliance, training, licensing, respirator fit testing, and regulatory adherence. The role communicates safety requirements, maintains documentation, supports EHS committees, reviews pre-task plans, and follows up on open issues while providing evening, overnight, off-shift, and weekend coverage as needed.
