Support imaging technologists by preparing patients, assisting during procedures, maintaining imaging rooms and equipment, performing basic equipment checks, handling administrative tasks like scheduling and data entry, and following radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA protocols.

Perform diagnostic sonographic examinations using ultrasound and Doppler to image abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, and vascular structures. Prepare and position patients, verify orders, operate and maintain equipment, follow safety and infection control, document results, and communicate with radiologists and care teams. Provide patient-centered care and assist with quality assurance.

Supports imaging technologists by preparing patients, assisting during procedures, maintaining imaging rooms and equipment, performing basic equipment checks, managing scheduling and patient records, and ensuring HIPAA, radiation safety, and infection control compliance to optimize patient care and workflow.

Serve as primary contact between attorneys and internal imaging teams; coordinate scheduling, record retrieval, secure delivery, HIPAA-compliant processes, documentation, billing support, and client education to ensure timely imaging services and high client satisfaction.

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging, prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, ensure radiation safety and quality control, maintain patient records (EMR/PACS), and provide patient care and communication while supporting regulatory compliance and departmental quality initiatives.

Perform CT imaging according to physician orders and protocols, prepare and position patients, operate and maintain CT equipment, administer contrast and monitor patients, document in the EHR, follow radiation safety and infection control, collaborate with radiologists, and participate in quality improvement.

Answer high-volume inbound calls to schedule radiology imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammogram). Verify patient and insurance information, provide prep instructions, coordinate with imaging centers and staff, use RIS/PACS or EMR/EHR scheduling software, manage rescheduling/cancellations, ensure appropriate exam selection and authorization compliance, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Obtain and document prior authorizations for radiology procedures, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, communicate with insurers, providers, and patients, follow up on pending or denied authorizations, maintain payer guideline knowledge, and coordinate with scheduling, front desk, and billing to ensure efficient patient flow.

Perform high-quality CT imaging per physician orders and protocols, prepare and position patients, operate and maintain CT equipment, administer contrast and monitor patients, document in the EHR, follow radiation safety and infection control, collaborate with radiologists, and participate in quality improvement.

Perform diagnostic sonographic exams using ultrasound equipment and Doppler, prepare and position patients, obtain high-quality images, document findings, follow safety and infection-control protocols, collaborate with radiologists, and maintain equipment and records.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable for a multi-location medical imaging company: process high-volume invoices, run payments (ACH/wire/check), reconcile vendors, support month-end close, assist audits, and collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance to strengthen controls.
