Manage the employee lifecycle, performance management, employee relations, HR reporting, workforce analytics, manager coaching, policy administration, organizational changes, and HR initiatives. Partner with leaders and employees to improve engagement, retention, accountability, and compliance while delivering actionable workforce insights and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, Doppler, and potentially breast imaging studies. Prepares and supports patients, operates and adjusts ultrasound equipment, maintains accurate documentation, follows infection-control and safety procedures, collaborates with radiologists and physicians, and performs equipment checks, cleaning, and quality control.

Performs CT examinations, prepares and instructs patients, verifies identification and physician orders, obtains relevant medical histories, completes documentation and PACS workflows, supports patient flow, follows safety and quality standards, and performs IV starts as needed. Collaborates with radiologists and ancillary departments while maintaining effective communication and patient service.

Performs PET and PET/CT imaging procedures, prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals, ensures patient safety, positions and monitors patients, operates and troubleshoots imaging equipment, maintains records, follows radiation regulations, and collaborates with healthcare staff. The role also supports quality assurance, quality control, documentation, and continuing education.

Perform CT imaging per physician orders and protocols, prepare and position patients, operate and maintain CT equipment, administer contrast and monitor patients, ensure radiation safety and accurate EHR documentation, collaborate with radiologists, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging; prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals; operate and maintain imaging equipment; ensure image quality and patient safety; follow radiation safety (ALARA) and regulatory standards; document in EMR/PACS; participate in QA and accreditation activities.
