Provide administrative support across recruitment and onboarding: coordinate pre-employment logistics, manage drug screens and background checks, maintain employee and certification records for technologists, track compliance and expirations, serve as new-hire point of contact, maintain HR systems and reports, and support HR initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and strong communication.

Perform CT imaging per physician orders and protocols, prepare and position patients, operate and maintain CT equipment, administer contrast and monitor patients, document in EHR, follow radiation safety and infection control, collaborate with radiologists, and participate in QA and continuous improvement.

Lead monthly revenue and accounts receivable accounting, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial statements and analyses, review associates' work, resolve complex accounting issues, and drive process improvements and automation while partnering with operations, billing, and finance teams.

Perform diagnostic sonographic exams using ultrasound and Doppler to image organs, obstetric/gynecologic and vascular structures. Prepare and position patients, review histories, operate and maintain equipment, document images per HIPAA, collaborate with radiologists, and follow safety and infection-control protocols.

Perform CT imaging per physician orders and protocols, prepare and position patients, operate and maintain CT equipment, administer contrast and monitor patients, ensure radiation safety and accurate EHR documentation, collaborate with radiologists, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging; prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals; operate and maintain imaging equipment; ensure image quality and patient safety; follow radiation safety (ALARA) and regulatory standards; document in EMR/PACS; participate in QA and accreditation activities.

Perform diagnostic sonographic examinations using ultrasound equipment, including Doppler and vascular studies. Prepare and position patients, verify orders, capture high-quality images, maintain records, follow safety/HIPAA protocols, assist radiologists with image review, and perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice receipt, coding, approvals, and payments (ACH/wire/check). Handle vendor management, reconciliations, month-end close, accruals, AP aging, audit support, and process improvements while collaborating with operations, procurement, and finance.

Obtain prior authorizations for radiology imaging procedures, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, document approvals in the EMR and scheduling systems, follow up on pending authorizations, appeal denials with supporting clinical documentation, coordinate with providers, front desk, scheduling and billing, and provide patient-facing insurance assistance while maintaining payer guideline knowledge.
