Serves as the primary liaison between attorneys, legal professionals, and internal imaging teams. Coordinates medical imaging requests, record retrieval, scheduling, secure file delivery, documentation, billing inquiries, and issue resolution. Ensures HIPAA and legal confidentiality compliance while providing service updates, educating clients on company processes and technology, maintaining relationships, and improving workflows.

Processes high-volume vendor invoices, verifies coding and approvals, maintains vendor records, resolves discrepancies, reconciles statements, monitors AP workflows, responds to inquiries, and supports month-end close. The role uses Tipalti and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, manages payment documentation including W-9s and ACH details, collaborates with AP teammates, and identifies process improvements while maintaining financial confidentiality.

Develops physician and healthcare-provider relationships to increase referrals and utilization of outpatient diagnostic imaging services. Manages a geographic territory, promotes imaging modalities, presents to referral sources, creates sales strategies, tracks activity in CRM systems, monitors competition, and collaborates with operations, radiology, scheduling, marketing, and leadership teams to grow referral volume and revenue.
