Lead the new-car sales floor, desk deals to maximize gross and volume, close sales, outbound calls to leads and follow-ups, execute Chevrolet programs, partner with BDC and Finance, and train and develop the sales team to hit targets.

Greet and assist customers, answer and direct phone calls, maintain reception area, support Sales/Service/Management with administrative tasks, manage customer logs and basic data entry, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries in a fast-paced dealership.

Sell pre-owned vehicles by assisting customers in selection, conducting demonstrations and test drives, following up on leads and showroom traffic, maintaining CRM records, meeting monthly sales goals, and building long-term customer relationships to maximize profitability.
