Build operational systems, playbooks, AI workflows, and processes that enable CapitalMD to scale its physician marketplace. This entrepreneurial role requires strong relationship management, organization, follow-through, and ownership in an early-stage startup.

Own CapitalMD’s physician content engine, including interviewing physicians, developing thought leadership, and establishing scalable editorial workflows. Manage relationships with a portfolio of physicians, understand their goals, and support professional opportunities. Coordinate introductions and engagements through execution while helping build systems, playbooks, AI workflows, and operating processes for company growth.
