Own the full sales cycle for Capitalize’s advisor offering, selling rollover and wealth management technology to RIAs, aggregators, wirehouses, and broker-dealers. Build pipeline through relationships, outbound prospecting, and industry events; manage complex enterprise deals; develop account strategies; support strategic distribution relationships; partner with Customer Success on launches, renewals, and expansion; and help create the Advisor go-to-market playbook.

Build and maintain backend APIs, infrastructure, product functionality, data processes, and internal systems supporting a retirement savings platform. Design and test new features, contribute to rapid product initiatives, troubleshoot systems, improve monitoring, and support CI/CD processes. The role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and backend expertise with Java and JPA in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own weekly business performance reviews by analyzing pipeline, partner activity, and operational data. Build demand and revenue forecasts, identify funnel and conversion issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for partnerships, operations, analytics, and leadership. The role requires SQL, funnel and cohort analysis, structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication. It is hybrid in New York City with at least three office days per week.
