Own the software development lifecycle from coding through production monitoring and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and software engineers; create unit and integration tests; troubleshoot issues; and align technical solutions with business goals.

Design, build, test, and support scalable .NET solutions across the full software development lifecycle. Contribute to architecture and technical direction, collaborate with Product and QA, maintain high code quality, communicate technical decisions clearly, and mentor other engineers in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Own initial commercial relationships with newly approved SME customers. Educate customers, activate product usage, and grow card spend through proactive outbound calls. Manage a high-volume portfolio, identify payment needs, engage business owners and finance managers, prioritize opportunities, and meet activation and spend targets. This phone-led role requires commercial curiosity, resilience, adaptability, and demonstrated success in sales, account management, or customer activation.
