Manage daily operations of a multifamily property including budgeting, rent collection, vendor approvals, leasing, resident relations, maintenance oversight, inspections, and financial and administrative reporting to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Maintain property curb appeal and common areas by removing litter, handling trash, completing routine service requests and assisting make-ready processes. Perform minor maintenance, change locks, ensure pool gate safety, distribute resident communications, report hazards, and follow OSHA and safety procedures while providing customer service to residents.
