Manages day-to-day operations of an onsite multifamily property, including staff supervision, budgeting, leasing, rent collection, vendor coordination, resident satisfaction, maintenance oversight, inspections, compliance, and financial reporting. The role develops leasing and marketing strategies, monitors property conditions, approves expenses, and ensures adherence to housing laws and company policies.

Assists the Community Manager with day-to-day multifamily property operations, including rent collection, financial reporting, leasing, renewals, delinquency management, resident relations, marketing, inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance, and team supervision. Co-lead daily operations of an apartment community: assist with rent collection and financial reporting, oversee leasing and renewals, manage delinquencies, support marketing and occupancy goals, supervise maintenance standards, respond to resident issues, perform inspections, and complete administrative and accounting tasks to meet operational targets.

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for multifamily properties to drive traffic, occupancy, and brand awareness. Manage digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, email), marketing BI and CRM processes, budgets, vendor relationships, market research, community engagement, and performance reporting to optimize leasing and resident retention.

Serve as primary on-site contact for prospective and current residents. Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, prepare leases and move-in packages, coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance, track activity in property software, implement marketing/leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, and provide prompt resident service.

Lead regional marketing strategy for multifamily properties: plan and run digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, email), manage budgets and vendors, analyze marketing BI and market trends, collaborate with property teams to drive occupancy and retention, and support community engagement and brand consistency.
