Teams at Capital Square

Manages treasury and accounting processes, including investor closings, receipts, fund transfers, distributions, journal entries, bank activity, reconciliations, variance analysis, and property acquisition or disposition accounting. Maintains accurate records in Yardi and other financial systems, investigates discrepancies, supports month-end closeouts, and contributes to process improvements and special projects while collaborating with Accounting, Investor Relations, and senior finance leadership.
