Oversee day-to-day property operations, staff supervision, leasing, rent collection, vendor management, budgeting and financial reporting. Ensure regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, maintenance standards, periodic inspections, and marketing/leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Complete administrative and accounting tasks and perform routine local travel as needed.

The Senior Accountant will manage daily accounting for residential properties, conduct month-end reporting, and collaborate with finance and property management teams.

Co-lead daily operations of a multifamily community: oversee leasing, rent collection, delinquency management, resident relations, maintenance coordination, inspections, financial and administrative reporting to meet occupancy and budget goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
