Leads STEM curriculum development and implementation across a K–12 charter school network. Oversees curriculum standardization, assessments, pacing, test preparation, audits, and data-informed instructional practices. Provides professional development, coaching, observations, and feedback to administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers. Serves as the STEM content expert, supports curricular resource selection, facilitates learning walks, and collaborates with network leadership to improve student and staff outcomes.

Manage daily operational and financial school functions including bookkeeping, attendance, meal and transportation administration, purchasing, enrollment, student records, parent communication, mail and paperwork processing, and general administrative support to ensure smooth school operations.

Provide and oversee student healthcare at a K-12 school: triage illnesses/injuries, administer medications, maintain health records, conduct screenings, develop Individualized Health Plans, ensure immunization and reporting compliance, coordinate referrals, support emergency preparedness, and promote a healthy school environment.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, employee records, background checks, benefits/open enrollment, HR compliance, NYS certification guidance, HR analytics, wellness and engagement initiatives, and support the Chief Talent Officer with HR operations across multiple school locations.
