Teams at Capital Preparatory Charter Schools

Manage student records, attendance, meals, transportation, and health/compliance documentation. Support school events, drills, and operations projects. Maintain databases (ATS/PowerSchool) and assist with student supervision and administrative tasks.

Lead academic operations, provide instructional and strategic leadership, oversee teachers and student support systems, manage curriculum and professional development, coordinate testing and parent engagement, and support school-wide goals in collaboration with the principal and leadership team.

Support scholars in academic and social-emotional enrichment during a summer program. Deliver instruction, create safe student-centered environments, analyze data to inform teaching, attend mandatory professional development, collaborate with peers, engage families, and support student success and leadership development.
