Assist lead teacher in classroom instruction and management, provide substitute and long-term coverage, create safe inclusive learning environments, follow lesson plans, engage with students and families, participate in professional development, and pursue state teaching certification.

School-based recruiter responsible for building community relationships, conducting outreach and events, supporting admissions (applications, lotteries, waitlist, seat offers), coordinating visits and open houses, maintaining community partnership directories, and supporting family engagement and school enrollment activities. Requires travel between campuses and attendance at evenings/weekends.

Provide academic and social-emotional enrichment for scholars during a 20-day summer program (July 6–31). Attend mandatory PD, deliver student-centered instruction, use data to inform teaching, collaborate with peers and families, and support student engagement and growth. Commitment to program dates and professional development required.
