Lead academic operations, provide instructional and strategic leadership, oversee teachers and student support systems, manage curriculum and professional development, coordinate testing and parent engagement, and support school-wide goals in collaboration with the principal and leadership team.

Support scholars in academic and social-emotional enrichment during a summer program. Deliver instruction, create safe student-centered environments, analyze data to inform teaching, attend mandatory professional development, collaborate with peers, engage families, and support student success and leadership development.

Lead K-12 curriculum design, standardization, assessment, and professional development across the network. Observe and coach teachers weekly, use data to guide instruction, conduct curriculum audits, oversee pacing and test-prep, and support adoption and refinement of core instructional resources with emphasis on equity and vulnerable student populations.
