Manage product lifecycle from conception to sale for lumber products: monitor market trends, develop sales/marketing strategies, manage inventory and vendor relationships, handle pricing, budgeting, cycle counts, and product education for sales teams.

Provides general administrative and clerical support including answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail/faxes, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and assisting departments with routine tasks and projects.

Manage and grow customer accounts for the Portland branch by selling company products, resolving customer issues, quoting and negotiating prices, maintaining product knowledge, performing inventory cycle counts, participating in strategic planning, and delivering excellent customer service.

Provide administrative and technical support for engineered wood product customers: create framing layouts, perform plan takeoffs and material lists, size framing members using software/span charts, use DMSI for purchasing/inventory, receive customer calls, and perform other duties while training under supervision.

Drive profitable revenue growth by identifying new products, customer segments, vendor programs, and margin opportunities. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, partner with procurement, national accounts, and branch leadership to scale programs, translate strategies into tools and training for branch sales, analyze sales/inventory/margin data, and track performance while supporting branch initiatives.

Manage customer accounts for the Tacoma branch: sell and market company products, quote and negotiate prices, resolve customer issues, analyze and service accounts, support strategic planning and budgeting, maintain product knowledge, perform inventory cycle counts, and complete assigned training.

Design and manage engineered wood product (EWP) projects from bidding through delivery. Create framing layouts, perform plan takeoffs and material lists, size framing members, use DMSI and design software, coach junior designers, manage inventory, present to customers, and provide technical support to account managers.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and walk-in customers to take and coordinate orders, provide pricing and product information, assist with problems, communicate order status to account managers, participate in inventories, and maintain product knowledge to drive sales growth.
