The role requires customer-focused communication, collaboration, multitasking, basic industry knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional physical handling of materials.

Manage product lifecycle from conception to sale for lumber products: monitor market trends, develop sales/marketing strategies, manage inventory and vendor relationships, handle pricing, budgeting, cycle counts, and product education for sales teams.

Manages branch sales operations and coaches Account Managers to meet quotas. Develops targeted sales strategies, oversees orders/shipping/expenses, monitors key accounts, works with vendors on promotions, prepares budgets and sales plans, travels with sales staff, and drives market share, margin, and profitability goals.
