Inside Sales Representative contacts current and prospective customers by phone and in person, provides pricing and product information, writes and coordinates orders, supports walk-in customers, resolves issues, communicates order status to account managers, maintains product knowledge, and assists with physical inventory. The role requires customer-focused communication, collaboration, multitasking, basic industry knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional physical handling of materials.
