Supervises yard and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order scheduling, delivery loading, forklift activities, inventory counts, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and remanufacturing. Trains and certifies employees, maintains safety records and supplies, verifies order accuracy, and ensures operational policies are followed. Requires leadership experience in building materials or a related industry, lumber knowledge, WMS proficiency, forklift certification, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Performs accounts receivable and accounts payable support, including balancing deposits, applying payments, resolving discrepancies, setting up customers, preparing journal entries and check requests, and assisting with reporting. The role also supports bank reconciliations, document filing, and communication with branches and corporate teams. It is hybrid with at least 50% remote work after onboarding.

Leads day-to-day yard and warehouse operations, including scheduling staff, overseeing forklift activity, shipping and receiving, order loading, inventory counts, remanufacturing, supplies, housekeeping, safety records, and employee training. Ensures policies, procedures, and customer service standards are followed while assisting the Operations Manager and maintaining accurate, efficient distribution activities.
