Manages complex information technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation. Develops project plans, manages scope, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, and stakeholders, and coordinates project teams. Analyzes workflows and alternative solutions, evaluates costs and impacts, documents system requirements, leads vendor demonstrations, and communicates project status and recommendations to management.

Schedules and pre-registers hospital outpatients for diagnostic tests, manages high-volume inbound calls, coordinates authorizations and referrals, collaborates with physician offices, and accurately enters patient and testing information across multiple systems to ensure proper billing and scheduling.

Provide comprehensive inpatient neurology care including histories/physicals, ongoing assessments, diagnostic/therapeutic procedures, participation in rounds, admission/consult work-ups, care coordination, discharge planning, and quality improvement. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff and perform age-appropriate services.

Coordinate hospital-wide regulatory activities and survey readiness for DNV, CMS, and state health departments. Support accreditation/certification processes, Novi survey submissions, policy maintenance in PolicyStat, data collection and tracking, gap analyses, and development of corrective action plans while advising clinical teams to ensure compliance.

Perform perinatal and general ultrasounds, provide accurate interpretations, maintain equipment, and ensure patient safety and proper documentation.

Prepares exam rooms, assists providers with patient examinations and vital signs, reviews charts, documents medical histories, manages clerical tasks (registration, scheduling, billing), assists with equipment use/cleaning, and supports patient paperwork and medication reconciliation in an OB/GYN outpatient setting.

Conducts pulmonary diagnostic testing, prepares patients for procedures, interprets physician orders, and ensures quality patient care in accordance with established standards.

Provide outpatient nursing care and navigation for hematology/oncology patients including triage, phone follow-up, education, medication administration, EMR documentation, specimen handling, care coordination, and supporting transitions of care. Participate in quality assurance, follow protocols, and collaborate with providers, social work, and community resources.

The Neurologist will diagnose and treat movement disorders, consult on patient care, prescribe treatments, and manage patient records.

Provide outpatient nursing care for hematology/oncology patients including triage, intake, vitals, medication administration, patient education, phone follow-up after ER/hospital admissions, care coordination with physicians and social work, QA activities, and documentation in the electronic medical record.

Answer multi-line phone system, schedule and register patients, verify insurance and obtain authorizations, collect payments, process claims and daily batches, maintain patient records and perform clerical duties in an OB/GYN practice.

Provides nursing care for frail elderly PACE participants in a clinic setting. Conducts triage, medical history, physical and functional assessments, care planning, health education, referrals, and ongoing monitoring. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, clinic nurses, case managers, and physicians to coordinate care and transitions. Documents participant care, supports families and caregivers, and contributes to quality improvement and QAPI activities.

Provides nursing care to PACE participants through triage, clinical assessments, education, care planning, referrals, documentation, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams, families, primary care providers, and case managers. Conducts initial, routine, and status-change assessments; supports 24-hour care coordination; participates in quality improvement activities; and promotes participant health, independence, and self-care.

Reviews patient records to improve clinical documentation, identify diagnoses and procedures, support accurate DRG assignment, and assess severity of illness and mortality risk. Queries physicians and caregivers about incomplete or conflicting documentation, collaborates with coding staff, educates clinical teams, supports documentation-related process changes, and contributes to pre- and post-bill reviews. The role requires an RN with acute-care clinical experience or related coding/CDI experience.

Coordinates front-desk and telephone patient services for an OB/GYN practice. Oversees registration, check-in and checkout, insurance verification, payments, referrals, pre-authorizations, appointment scheduling, claims processing, electronic medical records, worklists, daily batch reconciliation, and clerical duties. Addresses patient concerns, supports providers and staff, maintains HIPAA compliance, and helps ensure efficient patient flow and accurate documentation.

Provide general and colorectal surgical care across inpatient, outpatient, OR, endoscopy, and office settings. Participate in call (general surgery 1:6, transitioning to colorectal 1:3), multidisciplinary tumor board, collaborate on IBD and cancer care, and hold clinic hours at multiple sites.

Support discovery, design, implementation, and improvement of Digital Trust products (IAM, PAM, IGA, security operations workflows). Document workflows, write user stories and acceptance criteria, support testing, pilot programs, integrations, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, clinical and business teams to reduce friction, strengthen controls, enable automation and AI-assisted features, and maintain product documentation and metrics.

Conduct electroneurodiagnostic procedures, including testing, data collection, and preliminary report preparation, while ensuring patient safety and quality care.

The Community Liaison will establish and maintain relationships with community healthcare sources, promote Capital Health PACE programs, and assist in resolving participant issues.

Performs concurrent and retrospective utilization reviews, admission and continued-stay assessments, documents in UR software, communicates with payers and clinical teams, identifies and implements strategies to reduce length of stay and resource use, and supports compliance with CMS and MCG guidelines.
