Builds and maintains relationships with community referral sources, healthcare and human services organizations, senior communities, and other partners to promote the Capital Health PACE program. Identifies sales and referral opportunities, implements growth strategies, supports participant enrollment, documents activities in the CRM, delivers community presentations, and resolves referral-related issues while collaborating with operations and enrollment teams.

Manages complex information technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation. Develops project plans, manages scope, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, and stakeholders, and coordinates project teams. Analyzes workflows and alternative solutions, evaluates costs and impacts, documents system requirements, leads vendor demonstrations, and communicates project status and recommendations to management.

Support discovery, design, implementation, and improvement of Digital Trust products (IAM, PAM, IGA, security operations workflows). Document workflows, write user stories and acceptance criteria, support testing, pilot programs, integrations, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, clinical and business teams to reduce friction, strengthen controls, enable automation and AI-assisted features, and maintain product documentation and metrics.
