Coordinate hospital-wide regulatory activities and survey readiness for DNV, CMS, and state health departments. Support accreditation/certification processes, Novi survey submissions, policy maintenance in PolicyStat, data collection and tracking, gap analyses, and development of corrective action plans while advising clinical teams to ensure compliance.

Perform perinatal and general ultrasounds, provide accurate interpretations, maintain equipment, and ensure patient safety and proper documentation.

Provide outpatient nursing care and navigation for hematology/oncology patients including triage, phone follow-up, education, medication administration, EMR documentation, specimen handling, care coordination, and supporting transitions of care. Participate in quality assurance, follow protocols, and collaborate with providers, social work, and community resources.
