Lead Young Moms Together through strategic growth, organizational capacity building, financial sustainability, and expanded statewide impact. The CEO will implement the strategic plan, strengthen leadership and operating systems, oversee programs and risk management, cultivate donors and public-sector partnerships, support measurable outcomes, and collaborate closely with the Board. The role also requires developing a high-performing senior leadership team, maintaining compliance, and advancing services for pregnant and parenting teens across South Carolina.

Leads Habitat Forsyth as chief executive, setting strategy, managing finances and operations, developing staff, expanding affordable housing initiatives, cultivating donors, negotiating partnerships, and representing the organization with public, private, and community stakeholders. The role oversees organizational growth, housing development, ReStore operations, governance, fundraising, compliance, and long-term sustainability while advancing Habitat’s mission across Forsyth County and North Carolina.

Manage donor data integrity and advancement operations, including gift entry, constituent records, reconciliation, reporting, segmentation, endowment records, and stewardship support. The role maintains Raiser's Edge and Adavico data, coordinates with Business and Communications teams, supports fundraising campaigns and events, produces financial and donor reports, leads data hygiene initiatives, and trains staff on database practices.

Directs stewardship, fundraising, planned giving, donor cultivation, and special-giving programs. Develops annual fundraising strategies, manages donor communications and databases, recruits and leads volunteers, oversees stewardship events, tracks budgets and performance, and partners with church leadership to achieve fundraising goals. The role requires strong relationship-building, project management, communication, organization, discretion, and experience working with volunteers and high-level prospects.
