Lead execution of the Annual Fund, donor retention, monthly giving, LYBUNT re-engagement, and stewardship programs. Manage segmented fundraising campaigns, analyze donor data with advancement operations, coordinate donor feedback and stewardship events, and support donor-impact reporting and endowment reporting to meet a $500,000 Annual Fund goal.

Lead and build a comprehensive development function: set strategy, grow individual, corporate, and foundation donor pipelines, secure major gifts, manage grants and sponsorships, oversee annual giving and signature events, steward donors, manage donor data and reporting, partner with CEO/Board and cross-functional teams, and grow a high-performing development team while representing the council across a 40-county region.
