The Director of Development manages donor relationships and fundraising efforts, oversees database management, and strategizes growth in philanthropic support for the museum.

Lead and build a comprehensive development function: set strategy, grow individual, corporate, and foundation donor pipelines, secure major gifts, manage grants and sponsorships, oversee annual giving and signature events, steward donors, manage donor data and reporting, partner with CEO/Board and cross-functional teams, and grow a high-performing development team while representing the council across a 40-county region.
