Processes high-volume accounts payable invoices, vendor onboarding, corporate card transactions, and expense reimbursements. Resolves purchase order, receiving, bill of lading, and invoice discrepancies; manages vendor inquiries; maintains accurate general ledger coding and internal controls. Supports audits, tax filings, documentation requests, and accounting administration while collaborating with Finance, Food Procurement, Operations, and vendors.

Supports corporate partnership development and stewardship for a regional food bank. Responsibilities include managing partner accounts, tracking donations and revenue in Salesforce, coordinating workplace giving and volunteer engagements, researching prospects, preparing proposals and sales materials, supporting renewals, and ensuring partner benefits are delivered. The role also coordinates internal partnership operations, maintains records, represents the organization at events, and collaborates across teams to grow corporate philanthropy and engagement.

Leads strategic food sourcing and procurement, vendor and contract management, supply-chain operations, budgeting, forecasting, inventory decisions, and restricted-grant spending. Develops procurement strategies, evaluates vendors and market competitiveness, manages risks and contingency plans, improves ordering and warehouse workflows, and mentors staff. Collaborates across departments and with donors and partners to support food security programs, including Food Is Medicine initiatives. The role is hybrid in Washington, DC, with occasional local travel.
