Triage JIRA requests, train staff, support data governance, collaborate with Data Engineer, perform GIS spatial analysis, build and maintain reports from enterprise systems (NetSuite, Salesforce), and translate business requirements into analytics solutions to inform program and strategic decisions.

Support development and execution of brand and program marketing campaigns to raise awareness, engagement, and fundraising. Produce collateral, manage vendor relationships and branded materials, track campaign metrics, support social and partner marketing, and assist with brand refresh and internal review processes. Execute event and promotional marketing activities and provide basic graphic design and copywriting support.
