The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency, customer service experience, and a full UK driving licence with personal transport. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract through 31 March 2027.

Handle customer calls from TV Licence holders seeking cancellation, understand their viewing habits and needs, recommend appropriate licensing options, and educate customers on requirements. Build trust, overcome objections, update customer records accurately, maintain data protection compliance, meet performance targets, identify conversation themes, and suggest improvements to processes and systems.
