Supports financial, operational, and governance processes for the Disabled Students’ Allowance contract. Responsibilities include resolving financial and invoicing queries, validating transactions, performing reconciliations and audit support, analyzing operational data, producing management information, supporting suppliers and stakeholders, maintaining product catalogue governance, and improving compliant business processes.

Provide learning and development advice to Royal Navy personnel and their families, promote funded education opportunities, coordinate learning interviews and events, maintain education records, administer learning credit schemes, and deliver resettlement guidance and briefings. The role also supports learner engagement, promotes LDO Hub services, and helps identify education and career opportunities aligned with Royal Navy training and promotion needs.

Support candidates through the bespoke recruitment journey by interviewing, providing exceptional candidate experience, leading attraction events, promoting Army careers with educational partners, managing stakeholder relationships, and using social media to attract and engage candidates while meeting targets.
