Administers semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees across multiple locations, including payroll audits, deductions, remittances, year-end balancing, tax forms, reporting, and records maintenance. Manages employee benefit enrollments and vendor coordination, responds to payroll and benefits inquiries, supports compliance, and assists Accounts Payable. Handles confidential information while maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails.

Supervise quick-serve food & beverage locations, lead and motivate team members, ensure excellent guest dining experiences, assist the F&B Manager with program development and feedback, manage POS transactions and licensed-area supervision, and perform physical, outdoor shift duties including varied hours, lifting up to 20lbs, and working in different weather conditions.
