Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close; own accounts payable and procurement workflows; assist with audits and SOX readiness; design process improvements and automated data validation; maintain financial data integrity; collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Telco, Product teams and external vendors.

Own and improve Cape's developer experience: CI/CD/build infrastructure, local dev environments, internal tooling and SDKs, AI-assisted development workflows, reliability, security-aware developer platforms (FedRAMP-adjacent), metrics, documentation, and developer productivity improvements across the engineering organization.

Design and build Cape's privacy-first data platform including warehouse, query layer, and pipelines. Implement privacy-preserving practices, provide self-serve analytics (dashboards, metrics, reports), and establish data engineering standards, testing, and documentation while collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications and APIs with a security- and privacy-first mindset. Translate Figma designs to responsive frontends, design robust backend services (Go), ensure performance, testing, and monitoring, and collaborate cross-functionally to prevent signaling attacks, detect threats, and improve user workflows.
