Own technical program management for Cape’s network team, including Jira hygiene, task tracking, dependency management, roadmap planning, timeline validation, vendor accountability, and cross-functional communication. Partner with engineering, business development, and vendors on routing, regional connectivity, subscriber provisioning, and cloud integrations. Translate between technical and business stakeholders, deconflict priorities, and help establish the network team’s program management and execution model as the company scales.

Support government and national security operations through technical issue resolution, hardware and service deployments, release QA, fulfillment, and operational readiness. Serve as a Tier 2 technical authority, coordinate with engineering and mission partners, create SOPs and field manuals, and communicate high-stakes go/no-go decisions. The role requires active Secret clearance, strong technical operations experience, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows in mission-critical environments.

Manage high-volume customer interactions and technical troubleshooting for a privacy-focused mobile carrier. Test mobile applications, investigate customer and network issues, collaborate with engineering to automate workflows and resolve defects, manage device inventory and supply chain processes, coordinate with carrier and OEM partners, and support fraud response. The role also contributes customer insights, quality assurance, scalable operational playbooks, and future team-building efforts.
