Serve as Network Integration Planner supporting JMC Network Integration Division to design and integrate joint/multinational communications network architectures for major exercises. Perform system- and system-of-systems analysis, configuration management for software/hardware/firmware versions, develop Access/VB tools for change management, consolidate reporting, coordinate with DoD/DA/PEO C3T, scrub and publish the exercise "horseblanket," and brief government officials. Travel ~15-20% annually.

Provide operations and analytical support to DoD/PEO/PM organizations, managing staffing, task tracking, SOP documentation, planning coordination, policy development, risk analysis, and advisory support to leadership to ensure project cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

Develops and delivers curriculum and assessments for Navy training programs. Conducts training needs analyses, Job Task Analyses, and performance gap assessments; authors course and test materials using courseware tools. Facilitates workshops, advises on instructional systems and training doctrine, and supports system/application issues.

Designs, develops, and administers formal education and training programs using ISD/ADDIE. Selects media and materials, produces instructional products (AIM II, LMS/CPM/LAS), identifies training gaps, and applies adult learning theories. Works on-site supporting Naval Construction Force operations and training.

Provide on-site IT support and maintenance for a large vocational training system: install/configure hardware, software, and networks; troubleshoot outages; implement security protocols; plan and execute system upgrades and migrations; develop and maintain applications and system architecture; manage user accounts and permissions; integrate hardware/software; and ensure system quality and compliance.

Manage and implement Electronic Classroom (ECR) and multimedia technology projects, track deliveries, load simulations to NETC TRANET, maintain IS fielding project plans, design and manage databases, ensure information security practices, analyze systems requirements, forecast budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and recommend IT strategies and lifecycle approaches.

Perform DoD-focused financial and budget analysis for CTC and CSFE: allocate and manage reimbursable funds, forecast and prepare business plans, process invoices and purchase requests, validate ERP transactions, review travel vouchers and WAWF invoices, generate fund status and CTC reports, provide fiscal guidance and briefings, and handle ad hoc financial duties.

Provide data-driven analysis, reporting, and program assessment for NETC; maintain databases and dashboards, prepare executive briefings, monitor risks, mentor risk team, and support program managers and stakeholders.

Lead enterprise-level missile warning system integration across ground, satellite, and C2 architectures. Manage interface definition, integration planning, V&V oversight, configuration baseline, MBSE/digital engineering, DevSecOps/cloud coordination, and cross-program stakeholder risk mitigation.

Lead integration of Army concepts, experimentation, requirements, and DOTMLPF-P solutions into capability-development and decision frameworks. Plan and execute Quarterly Integration Forums, facilitate cross-functional stakeholders, develop gap-risk mitigation methods, produce senior-leader briefings and decision-support products, maintain records and contract deliverables, and track mitigation actions and capability progress.

Support and integrate the Army Campaign of Learning by synchronizing analysis, experimentation, M&S, wargaming, S&T, and capability-development activities. Produce integrated plans, traceability matrices, executive briefings, facilitate working groups, assess analytical rigor, and coordinate stakeholders to inform future-force decisions and resolve gaps or sequencing conflicts.

Provide specialized analysis and requirements integration for Army Aerial ISR capabilities. Track and assess A-ISR programs, sensors, platforms, and acquisitions; support test and evaluation, stakeholder synchronization, decision-support products, and portfolio risk assessments; produce briefings, executive summaries, and recommendations for leadership.

Provide senior Army training and capability-development expertise: analyze requirements and capability gaps, assess training implications of concepts, coordinate with stakeholders, produce executive briefings and training-impact assessments, and support requirements and capabilities development.

Integrate G-3/5/7 staff activities, produce decision-ready briefings and SITREPs, draft and track orders/taskers, maintain collaboration and task-tracking tools, coordinate across organizations, support strategic-engagement planning and events, and close actions with minimal supervision.

Provide cyber capability-development and decision-support for Army cyber operations, force design, requirements, concepts, policy, and information modernization. Assess capability gaps, support force-generation and organizational design, review and staff plans and EXORDs, coordinate across Army/Joint stakeholders, monitor emerging threats and technologies, and produce decision-support briefings, analyses, and staffing inputs.

Plan, coordinate, and integrate FCC participation in Army and Joint exercises, experiments, and wargames. Convert learning and experimentation requirements into executable orders, sourcing actions, event support plans, trackers, dashboards, and decision-quality updates for leadership. Produce briefings, analyses, and recurring reports while coordinating unit sourcing, personnel support, and synchronization forums.

Support 24/7 mission system monitoring, sustainment, operations, maintenance, anomaly detection, troubleshooting, live-environment configuration, and coordination with engineering and integration teams. Document operational activities and support continuous mission readiness for FORGE FLITE+ at Buckley Space Force Base.

Lead system verification, validation, and integration testing for mission-critical, system-of-systems environments. Develop and execute traceable test plans, analyze results, identify risks, recommend reliability improvements, and coordinate with engineering and operations to support mission assurance and technical briefings to leadership.

Support systems design, requirements decomposition, hardware/software design, verification and validation, technical baseline documentation, and cross-functional integration for a FORGE program. Coordinate with government teams and IPTs to enable continuous 24/7 operational support and engineering best practices.

Analyze and validate NETC training and curriculum data, develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and data models using Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, OBIEE, and SharePoint. Recommend automation, perform impact analyses, create/test algorithms, provide user training, and deliver actionable business insights to improve program operations.
