The position is based at NAS Pensacola and requires an active Secret clearance with up to 10% travel.

Leads workforce training and development across the HRD lifecycle, manages DAWIA and CES compliance, and oversees DAWDA activities. Synchronizes manpower data, military HR systems, task management workflows, and personnel requirements. Supports DoD program funding, budget submissions, appropriation compliance, POM and APRV development, SPAR reviews, acquisition milestones, and ERP-based purchase requests. Maintains Power Apps and Power BI tracking systems for workforce readiness and training metrics.

Develops and maintains program-level Integrated Master Schedules for CPE Ground. Analyzes critical paths, float, milestones, metrics, earned value, and schedule variances; monitors OEM and government deliverables; mentors staff; and recommends integrated scheduling processes. The role is 100% onsite at Fort Belvoir, supports Army headquarters, requires expert MS Project knowledge, and involves coordinating complex program schedules.

Provides analytical and operational support for DoD security programs at Fort Belvoir. Manages personnel, industrial, physical, and operations security workflows; tracks clearance investigations, access requests, visit authorizations, foreign travel compliance, and facility badges. Maintains security trackers, develops metrics and leadership briefings, authors program protection documentation and SOPs, and provides policy guidance. Requires proficiency with DISS, PSIP, APACS, ICAM, and AESIP, plus an active Secret clearance.

Manage and implement Electronic Classroom (ECR) and multimedia technology projects, track deliveries, load simulations to NETC TRANET, maintain IS fielding project plans, design and manage databases, ensure information security practices, analyze systems requirements, forecast budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and recommend IT strategies and lifecycle approaches.

Develops and delivers curriculum and assessments for Navy training programs. Conducts training needs analyses, Job Task Analyses, and performance gap assessments; authors course and test materials using courseware tools. Facilitates workshops, advises on instructional systems and training doctrine, and supports system/application issues.

Perform DoD-focused financial and budget analysis for CTC and CSFE: allocate and manage reimbursable funds, forecast and prepare business plans, process invoices and purchase requests, validate ERP transactions, review travel vouchers and WAWF invoices, generate fund status and CTC reports, provide fiscal guidance and briefings, and handle ad hoc financial duties.

Designs, develops, and administers formal education and training programs using ISD/ADDIE. Selects media and materials, produces instructional products (AIM II, LMS/CPM/LAS), identifies training gaps, and applies adult learning theories. Works on-site supporting Naval Construction Force operations and training.

Provide on-site IT support and maintenance for a large vocational training system: install/configure hardware, software, and networks; troubleshoot outages; implement security protocols; plan and execute system upgrades and migrations; develop and maintain applications and system architecture; manage user accounts and permissions; integrate hardware/software; and ensure system quality and compliance.

Provide data-driven analysis, reporting, and program assessment for NETC; maintain databases and dashboards, prepare executive briefings, monitor risks, mentor risk team, and support program managers and stakeholders.

Architect and deploy AI-enabled decision-support platforms using Palantir Foundry, Army Vantage, Azure, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Design ontologies, applications, data pipelines, dashboards, LLM-powered agents, governance controls, and secure NIPR-to-SIPR deployments. Integrate commercial LLM APIs with citations, confidence scoring, and human review. Develop in React and Python, support analytics and experimentation events, coordinate accreditation, and brief architecture decisions to senior military leadership.

Lead integration of Army concepts, experimentation, requirements, and DOTMLPF-P solutions into capability-development and decision frameworks. Plan and execute Quarterly Integration Forums, facilitate cross-functional stakeholders, develop gap-risk mitigation methods, produce senior-leader briefings and decision-support products, maintain records and contract deliverables, and track mitigation actions and capability progress.

Support and integrate the Army Campaign of Learning by synchronizing analysis, experimentation, M&S, wargaming, S&T, and capability-development activities. Produce integrated plans, traceability matrices, executive briefings, facilitate working groups, assess analytical rigor, and coordinate stakeholders to inform future-force decisions and resolve gaps or sequencing conflicts.

Integrate G-3/5/7 staff activities, produce decision-ready briefings and SITREPs, draft and track orders/taskers, maintain collaboration and task-tracking tools, coordinate across organizations, support strategic-engagement planning and events, and close actions with minimal supervision.

Plan, coordinate, and integrate FCC participation in Army and Joint exercises, experiments, and wargames. Convert learning and experimentation requirements into executable orders, sourcing actions, event support plans, trackers, dashboards, and decision-quality updates for leadership. Produce briefings, analyses, and recurring reports while coordinating unit sourcing, personnel support, and synchronization forums.

Support CPE Ground HQ programs by advising and mentoring small-unit leaders in combat arms tactics. Provide coaching/training based on extensive tactical experience, complete Army Basic Instructor Course certification, and maintain at least a Secret security clearance to perform duties at Fort Belvoir.

Lead systems integration for missile warning/space-ground systems in a classified environment. Provide senior technical recommendations, integrate FORGE capabilities, and support 24/7 operational test and evaluation.

Support systems design, requirements decomposition, hardware/software design, verification and validation, technical baseline documentation, and cross-functional integration for a FORGE program. Coordinate with government teams and IPTs to enable continuous 24/7 operational support and engineering best practices.

Analyze and validate NETC training and curriculum data, develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and data models using Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, OBIEE, and SharePoint. Recommend automation, perform impact analyses, create/test algorithms, provide user training, and deliver actionable business insights to improve program operations.

Support 24/7 mission system monitoring, sustainment, operations, maintenance, anomaly detection, troubleshooting, live-environment configuration, and coordination with engineering and integration teams. Document operational activities and support continuous mission readiness for FORGE FLITE+ at Buckley Space Force Base.
