Maintains day-to-day cybersecurity posture, compliance, and operational controls for DoD IT systems and networks. Collaborates with engineering teams to ensure compliance with FISMA, DoD, and Army policies. Requires an active Secret clearance, five years of relevant DoD cybersecurity experience, a bachelor’s degree or substitution, and an approved cybersecurity certification.

Serve as a systems engineering integrator for defense communications environments, supporting multi-enclave IP networks, virtualized compute clusters, storage infrastructure, hardening, troubleshooting, and cyber compliance. Translate technical challenges, modernization plans, and risk postures into briefings and documentation for military leadership. Ensure communications solutions meet DoD and DISA security standards and operational objectives.

Support CPE C2IN and PM IEN by integrating enterprise networks, data center virtualization, storage, and cybersecurity compliance. Plan, administer, harden, and troubleshoot multi-enclave IP networks and virtualized infrastructure under DoD and DISA standards. Translate technical issues, modernization plans, and risk postures into leadership briefings and documentation while ensuring secure, resilient communications solutions.

Support system and segment-level integration for ground and space systems. Develop integration and test plans, manage integration events and schedules, execute verification and validation, identify and resolve integration risks, manage technical baseline and configuration, provide RMF cybersecurity support, and facilitate cross-functional integration working groups for 24/7 operational support.

Supports knowledge management and data-sharing solutions for A-FCD personnel and leadership. Supports SharePoint and collaboration platforms, improves information flow, establishes governance procedures and documentation, and coordinates requirements with technical and program stakeholders. Provides technical guidance to knowledge-management personnel and supports decision-making across Directorate organizations.

Develop, configure, execute, and analyze AFSIM mission-level models and simulations for Army Aviation capability development, systems analysis, experimentation, and requirements development. Model aviation and multi-domain systems, create scenarios and run sets, develop C++ and Python extensions, conduct quantitative analyses, validate models, document methodologies, and present findings to government stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other modeling personnel.

Develop and maintain AFSIM models, mission scenarios, simulation run sets, and analytical tools for Army Aviation capability evaluations. Model aircraft, weapons, sensors, networks, threats, and related systems; analyze and visualize simulation results; support sensitivity analysis, verification, validation, and documentation. Collaborate with Army Aviation subject matter experts and systems engineers to translate operational problems into quantitative scenarios and prepare technical reports and briefings.

Manage and implement Electronic Classroom (ECR) and multimedia technology projects, track deliveries, load simulations to NETC TRANET, maintain IS fielding project plans, design and manage databases, ensure information security practices, analyze systems requirements, forecast budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and recommend IT strategies and lifecycle approaches.

Develops and delivers curriculum and assessments for Navy training programs. Conducts training needs analyses, Job Task Analyses, and performance gap assessments; authors course and test materials using courseware tools. Perform DoD-focused financial and budget analysis for CTC and CSFE: allocate and manage reimbursable funds, forecast and prepare business plans, process invoices and purchase requests, validate ERP transactions, review travel vouchers and WAWF invoices, generate fund status and CTC reports, provide fiscal guidance and briefings, and handle ad hoc financial duties.

Designs, develops, and administers formal education and training programs using ISD/ADDIE. Selects media and materials, produces instructional products (AIM II, LMS/CPM/LAS), identifies training gaps, and applies adult learning theories. Works on-site supporting Naval Construction Force operations and training.

Provide on-site IT support and maintenance for a large vocational training system: install/configure hardware, software, and networks; troubleshoot outages; implement security protocols; plan and execute system upgrades and migrations; develop and maintain applications and system architecture; manage user accounts and permissions; integrate hardware/software; and ensure system quality and compliance.

Architect and deploy AI-enabled decision-support platforms using Palantir Foundry, Army Vantage, Azure, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Design ontologies, applications, data pipelines, dashboards, LLM-powered agents, governance controls, and secure NIPR-to-SIPR deployments. Integrate commercial LLM APIs with citations, confidence scoring, and human review. Develop in React and Python, support analytics and experimentation events, coordinate accreditation, and brief architecture decisions to senior military leadership.

Support and integrate the Army Campaign of Learning by synchronizing analysis, experimentation, M&S, wargaming, S&T, and capability-development activities. Produce integrated plans, traceability matrices, executive briefings, facilitate working groups, assess analytical rigor, and coordinate stakeholders to inform future-force decisions and resolve gaps or sequencing conflicts.

Plan, coordinate, and integrate FCC participation in Army and Joint exercises, experiments, and wargames. Convert learning and experimentation requirements into executable orders, sourcing actions, event support plans, trackers, dashboards, and decision-quality updates for leadership. Produce briefings, analyses, and recurring reports while coordinating unit sourcing, personnel support, and synchronization forums.

Lead systems integration for missile warning/space-ground systems in a classified environment. Provide senior technical recommendations, integrate FORGE capabilities, and support 24/7 operational test and evaluation.

Support systems design, requirements decomposition, hardware/software design, verification and validation, technical baseline documentation, and cross-functional integration for a FORGE program. Coordinate with government teams and IPTs to enable continuous 24/7 operational support and engineering best practices.

Support 24/7 mission system monitoring, sustainment, operations, maintenance, anomaly detection, troubleshooting, live-environment configuration, and coordination with engineering and integration teams. Document operational activities and support continuous mission readiness for FORGE FLITE+ at Buckley Space Force Base.

Lead system verification, validation, and integration testing for mission-critical, system-of-systems environments. Develop and execute traceable test plans, analyze results, identify risks, recommend reliability improvements, and coordinate with engineering and operations to support mission assurance and technical briefings to leadership.
