Develops and maintains program-level Integrated Master Schedules for CPE Ground. Analyzes critical paths, float, milestones, schedule variances, metrics, and earned value performance. Coordinates OEM and government deliverables, monitors schedule performance, applies Gantt and PERT techniques, mentors program staff, and recommends integrated scheduling processes. The role is fully onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Leads workforce training and development across the HRD lifecycle, manages DAWIA and CES compliance, and oversees training metrics using Power Apps and Power BI. Synchronizes military manpower data, task management workflows, and personnel systems. Supports DoD program funding, budget submissions, appropriation compliance, POM and APRV development, SPAR reviews, acquisition milestone tracking, and ERP-based purchase requests. Requires expertise with Army HR systems, financial tools, and DoD acquisition processes.

Provides DoD security program and program protection support across personnel, industrial, physical, and operations security domains. Maintains security action trackers, produces leadership metrics, develops policies and SOPs, manages clearance and access processes through DISS, PSIP, ICAM, and AESIP, processes Visit Authorization Requests, coordinates biometric and background investigations, and oversees foreign travel vetting, APACS approvals, security debriefs, and compliance documentation.

Provide on-site IT support and maintenance for a large vocational training system: install/configure hardware, software and networks; troubleshoot outages; enforce information security; plan and execute system upgrades and migrations; manage user accounts and permissions; develop and test application prototypes; design system and application architecture; integrate hardware/software and maintain documentation.

Oversee IT operations for electronic classrooms and multimedia, manage ECR requirements and deliveries, maintain database systems and data warehousing, enforce information security practices, develop project plans and budgets, coordinate implementations with stakeholders, and recommend hardware/software and lifecycle methodologies.

Perform DoD-focused accounting and budget analysis for CTC and CSFE including fund management, forecasting, ERP transaction validation, invoice review (WAWF/DTS), purchase request processing, and financial reporting and briefings.

Architects, develops, and deploys AI-enabled decision-support platforms using Palantir Foundry, Azure, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Integrates commercial LLM APIs with human review, supports experimentation events, performs architecture trade-off analysis, and briefs senior military leadership. Requires hands-on coding, data engineering, platform delivery, and coordination through government acceptance and accreditation processes.

Support and integrate the Army Campaign of Learning by synchronizing concepts, experimentation, M&S, wargaming, S&T, and capability analysis. Develop traceability products, roadmaps, decision matrices, and executive briefings; assess analytical rigor and recommend process improvements; coordinate stakeholders and facilitate integration forums to inform future-force decisions.

Plan, coordinate, and integrate Army and Joint exercises, experiments, wargames, and Soldier Touchpoints. Convert requirements into executable orders, sourcing actions, event support plans, trackers, dashboards, and decision-quality updates for FCC G-3/5/7 leadership. Draft orders and directives, manage sourcing and unit participation, participate in synchronization forums, and produce recurring decision-support products and lessons learned.

Provide Unit System Integration support for CPE Ground HQ programs by mentoring and coaching small-unit combat arms leaders, assisting tactical operations personnel, completing Army Basic Instructor Course certification, and maintaining an active Secret security clearance. Work includes instruction, field-relevant subject-matter support, and program coordination at Fort Belvoir.

Provide senior-level systems integration expertise for the FORGE FLITE+ program at Buckley SFB, focusing on missile warning system integration, design, test and evaluation, and 24/7 operational support. Offer strategic recommendations, interface with related programs, and operate within a TS/SCI classified environment.

Analyze and validate curriculum and training data across Navy systems; create and test data models and algorithms; produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI, OBIEE, Excel); perform impact and comparative analyses; recommend process improvements and automation using Power Apps/Power Automate; provide user training and support; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Provide 24/7 operational support for FORGE facilities and computer/mission hardware: monitor and troubleshoot live mission environments, implement and sustain configurations, coordinate with integration and test teams, monitor performance and resolve anomalies, and document operational activities.

Provide system and segment-level integration planning and execution for ground and space systems. Support system design, integration planning and execution for ground and satellite missile-warning systems. Coordinate interfaces, perform requirements decomposition and traceability, support verification/validation, manage configuration/baselines, identify and resolve integration risks, and coordinate across test and operations teams for 24/7 operational support.

Support FLITE+ program at Buckley SFB by developing and decomposing system requirements, supporting hardware/software design, verification & validation, producing technical baseline documentation, coordinating across integrated product teams, applying engineering best practices, and coordinating with government systems engineering teams for 24/7 operational support.

Lead and execute system verification and validation activities for mission-critical, system-of-systems environments. Develop/execute test plans, oversee integration and operational testing, analyze results, identify risks, and coordinate with engineering and operations to improve verification effectiveness and mission assurance.
