Plans and coordinates Army and Joint exercises, experimentation events, wargames, Soldier Touchpoints, and resourcing activities. Develops military orders, support plans, trackers, dashboards, analyses, and leadership updates. Coordinates with units and headquarters, staffs execution products, supports synchronization forums, trains personnel on submission workflows, and documents risks, decisions, observations, and lessons learned for capability-development activities.

Provides requirements-development and analytical support for Army Live Training Instrumentation Systems. Develops ACIDS documentation, capability assessments, concepts of employment, requirements metrics, staffing packages, and traceability records. Coordinates validation and adjudication with Army, DoD, Joint, and stakeholder organizations. Analyzes capability gaps, alternatives, interoperability, architecture, data capture, training feedback, and lifecycle impacts while producing decision-ready products under fixed deadlines.

Provides requirements-development and analytical support for Tactical Engagement Simulation within Army Live Training systems. Develops and staffs ACIDS documentation, concepts of employment, capability assessments, performance metrics, and requirements packages. Coordinates validation and approval across Army, DoD, joint, and stakeholder organizations; adjudicates comments; maintains traceability and source documentation; and supports analysis of capability gaps, alternatives, costs, DOTMLPF-P impacts, interoperability, training realism, and engagement fidelity.
