Serve as the company’s legal partner across commercial, trading, regulatory, technology, and operational matters. Draft and negotiate energy trading, customer, supplier, SaaS, data, and platform agreements; manage contractual risks; advise commercial teams; ensure compliance with energy market regulations; develop templates and contract processes; and handle claims, disputes, and cross-functional legal issues across European markets.

Develop Capalo AI’s customer base in Bulgaria by identifying prospects, building B2B relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting Capalo Zeus VPP solutions, and managing the full sales cycle through negotiation and contract execution. Maintain CRM pipeline data, respond to inbound inquiries, stay informed about energy markets, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires Bulgarian and English fluency, sales experience, technical comfort, and travel within Bulgaria and occasionally to Helsinki.

Own planning, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow, working capital, unit economics, revenue integrity, settlement reconciliation, and finance automation. Manage financial systems, AI adoption, statutory reporting, tax and VAT compliance, treasury, auditors, and multi-country finance operations. Build scalable processes and data foundations supporting energy trading, customer revenue sharing, and business expansion.
