Build relationships with offtakers, asset owners, developers, and IPPs; structure tolling, floors, vPPAs, CfDs, swaps, and route-to-market agreements; price and compare deal structures; manage transactions through contractual close; and represent Capalo AI at regional industry events.

Own sourcing for technical, quantitative, optimization, trading, engineering, and commercial roles across Europe. Build pipelines, identify and contact qualified candidates, conduct initial screens, maintain candidate records, and provide market intelligence to hiring managers. The role requires strong sourcing skills, English communication, self-direction, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage multiple pipelines. Experience sourcing engineering, technical, or quantitative talent is required, while startup or scale-up experience is preferred.
