Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate HR records and I-9s, support training logistics, employee recognition programs, and talent acquisition tasks including ATS requisitions and offer letters. Provide HR administrative support and act as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries.

The Associate, Programmatic will manage demand side platforms for campaign setup, audience development, optimization, and reporting while collaborating with various teams and vendors.

Support the development, execution, and stewardship of strategic multimedia market plans. Use research and planning tools to gather insights, evaluate media opportunities, maintain plans and reporting (Flowcharts, Budget Summaries) in Strata and other tools, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
