Teams at Cantio Hotel

Leads hotel maintenance, safety, and building operations. Oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, capital projects, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pool, and life-safety systems. Manages maintenance staff, schedules, training, budgets, inventory, vendors, and contractors. Ensures regulatory compliance, responds to emergencies, supports energy management, and resolves guest maintenance issues. The role requires hands-on work in varied conditions, including lifting, climbing, and using maintenance tools.

Drives hotel and food-and-beverage revenue through outside sales, corporate account development, group and catering opportunities, community partnerships, and account management. The role negotiates contracts, prepares proposals, leads site inspections, tracks sales activity, collaborates with hotel departments, manages sales initiatives and budgets, and works toward room-night, catering, and top-line revenue targets.
