Supervise and provide direct nursing care in a long-term care facility: monitor and review clinical records, perform rounds every four hours, complete MDS and care-plan tasks, enter and verify physician orders, follow up on incidents and consult recommendations, attend interdisciplinary meetings, and ensure resident safety and regulatory documentation.

Provide front-desk reception, clerical and data-entry support for the Administrator: answer phones, greet visitors, prepare correspondence and reports, maintain filing and supply inventories, process basic payroll/hours in Kronos, handle mail and personnel paperwork, and support patient/resident safety and office operations.

Provide routine daily care and services to assigned patients, promote independence and safety, perform incidental housekeeping/maintenance, monitor and report observations and equipment issues, attend trainings, follow clinical policies and abuse-prevention procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
