Provide restorative and rehabilitative care to SNF patients, including ambulation, range of motion, positioning, self-feeding, personal care, observation, documentation, and contributing to care plans under direction of the Director of Rehab.

Support the Executive Director in leading daily operations of a skilled nursing facility: ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness, oversee staffing and training, manage budgets and census, maintain quality assurance and resident services, and represent the facility to external partners.
