Provides email, chat, and phone support to SaaS users; troubleshoots issues, explains software navigation, advocates for customers, escalates problems appropriately, coordinates with internal teams, and improves support processes. The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, patience, reliable attendance, and the ability to learn accounting and tax software. It is hybrid in Draper, Utah, with potential evening or weekend coverage.

Own and optimize Zuora billing and subscription-management operations, including workflow design, financial reporting, integrations, data flows, automation, and support for product and pricing changes. Partner with technical and business stakeholders, document system architecture and processes, communicate tradeoffs, and lead continuous improvement. The role requires strong quote-to-cash, billing-system design, SaaS operations, systems-design, and business-analysis experience, with SQL and data modeling as bonuses.

Own Canopy’s paid social program across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and related platforms. Responsibilities include audience development, campaign launch and optimization, experimentation, attribution, budget management, creative coordination, ad copywriting, influencer partnerships, and pipeline and revenue reporting. The role collaborates with demand generation, content, product marketing, sales, and RevOps teams, while using AI tools to improve recurring marketing workflows.

Own and optimize a fleet of more than 100 PostgreSQL databases for a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include monitoring performance and reliability, tuning queries, indexes, autovacuum, and connection pooling, planning capacity and costs, improving schemas, minimizing downtime, reviewing data models, and collaborating with engineering teams. The role also involves mentoring developers, establishing SQL best practices, and supporting scalable, secure database operations.
