The role collaborates with demand generation, content, product marketing, sales, and RevOps teams, while using AI tools to improve recurring marketing workflows.

Own and optimize a fleet of more than 100 PostgreSQL databases for a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include monitoring performance and reliability, tuning queries, indexes, autovacuum, and connection pooling, planning capacity and costs, improving schemas, minimizing downtime, reviewing data models, and collaborating with engineering teams. The role also involves mentoring developers, establishing SQL best practices, and supporting scalable, secure database operations.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, go-to-market, and general and administrative roles. Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, source and evaluate candidates, manage job postings and pipelines, maintain ATS data and compliance, oversee external recruiting partners, improve candidate experience, use AI and recruiting data to increase efficiency, and mentor junior recruiters.

Designs user-centered web and mobile experiences for a SaaS product, including user research, interviews, workflows, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, AI-powered interactions, and engineering handoff. Collaborates with product managers, engineers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure quality implementation. Contributes to design systems, mentors fellow designers, and applies AI throughout the design process.

Provide email, chat, and phone support to users of Canopy’s SaaS accounting software. Resolve and troubleshoot customer issues, explain software features, advocate for customer needs, coordinate technical and account escalations, identify proactive solutions, communicate new resources, and improve support processes. The role requires a reliable full-time in-office hybrid schedule, strong communication, rapid software learning, and comfort using Salesforce, Intercom, Google Suite, Slack, and AI tools.

Build and improve Canopy’s SaaS practice management platform through end-to-end feature development. Responsibilities include creating React user experiences, designing REST APIs and microservices with Python or Java, working with PostgreSQL, writing tests, reviewing code, managing Docker and Kubernetes deployments, resolving bugs and technical debt, mentoring teammates, and contributing to AI-driven engineering tools.
