Lead design and implementation of a scalable QA automation platform: evolve Python/Pytest frameworks, build AI-driven tooling for test generation, enable ephemeral test environments via IaC and GitHub Actions, implement advanced API validation and observability (Datadog), craft SQL data utilities, and mentor QA engineers across squads.

The Senior QA Automation Engineer will build and maintain a testing framework, develop automated tests, participate in the development process, and ensure high code quality through collaboration and AI-driven testing.

Close new SMB business through product demonstrations, hit and exceed monthly quotas, master and demo Canopy software, prospect and follow up on leads, align solutions to client needs, overcome objections, and maintain industry knowledge while working hybrid in South Jordan, UT.

Build and run the deal desk function: define policies, review and approve deals, advise Sales on structure and pricing, analyze profitability and ARR impact, streamline processes, align Finance/RevOps/Legal, and produce deal metrics and playbooks to scale operations.

Lead new customer onboarding and account configuration for Canopy's practice management SaaS. Deliver training, screen shares, and hands-on troubleshooting; track implementation goals and adoption; coordinate handoffs to Account Managers; manage migrations and document client use cases. Proactively drive customer adoption, provide data-driven insights, and improve processes during downtime.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will develop user-facing features, design APIs, manage deployments, and mentor other engineers at Canopy.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media). Set demo expectations, consultatively uncover prospect problems, and attend trade shows to build relationships and drive leads. Work hybrid from South Jordan office (M/W/F).

Partner with customers to design, build, and maintain custom Insights reports using ThoughtSpot, analyze datasets, recommend report structures, communicate status, document configurations, and collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product to deliver high-quality BI solutions.

The Strategic Partnerships Director will develop and manage relationships with private equity firms to integrate Canopy's software into their accounting portfolios, handling the full partnership lifecycle and collaborating with internal teams.
