Supports customer onboarding by preparing, formatting, validating, and migrating data and files. Responsibilities include running test migrations, reconciling datasets, documenting mappings and results, tracking project progress, resolving data issues, supporting cutovers, and escalating discrepancies. The role collaborates with implementation and R&D teams while maintaining client-data confidentiality and identifying process improvements. Excel is required; SQL, SaaS, migration tools, accounting data, and implementation experience are beneficial.

Build and own the sales enablement strategy, roadmap, onboarding, training, playbooks, process documentation, and GTM content. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX to align messaging and buyer journeys. Identify skill gaps, implement enablement tools and best practices, and measure program effectiveness through performance metrics and outcomes.

Leads product strategy, customer research, market analysis, and end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with design, engineering, sales, support, and marketing. Drives data-informed decisions, product vision, agile execution, third-party integrations, and AI-first experiences including agent workflows and prompt development. Requires onsite user research and occasional out-of-state travel.
