Teams at Canopy

Lead cross-functional product efforts for Canopy's Practice Management Suite: conduct user research, define AI-first product vision, prioritize and ship features, collaborate with design and engineering, perform market and competitive analysis, and travel for onsite user research 2-3 times/year.

Partner with customers to design, build, and maintain custom Insights reports (ThoughtSpot-powered). Gather requirements, analyze datasets, recommend report structures, update documentation, and collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver accurate, timely BI configurations and advocate product improvements.

Provide email, chat, and phone support for Canopy users: troubleshoot issues, advocate for customers, escalate as needed, document solutions, learn product features, and improve support processes while maintaining professional communication and schedules.
