Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives; execute schedules and prioritize programs; build and mentor manufacturing teams; partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams; monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; support hiring, onboarding, training, production readiness, and scaling efforts.

Manage key customer relationships for launch services, acting as TPS subject-matter expert and solutions architect. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support procurement/contracts, develop technical workplans with engineers, respond to RFQs/order changes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for space launch programs.

On-site program manager who bridges PMO and production to drive thermal protection and aerospace hardware from R&D into high-rate manufacturing. Owns schedule recovery, risk mitigation, ERP data integrity, shop-floor expediting, KPI/dashboard reporting, customer liaison, and cross-functional alignment to ensure on-time delivery for defense and space programs.

Lead platform-wide operations for Canopy A&D, building standardized operating models, owning corporate metrics and reporting, driving M&A integration and ERP adoption, managing multiple cross-functional workstreams, and advising leadership on efficiency and ROI for platform investments.

Support and optimize the JobBOSS-to-Epicor migration, maintain ERP data integrity, develop BAQs, dashboards, and reports, troubleshoot transactions, analyze production and financial KPIs, support audits and compliance (AS9100/ITAR/DFARS), and partner cross-functionally to enable data-driven manufacturing decisions.

Lead design and execution of high-temperature aerospace test campaigns: design test hardware and GSE in CAD, perform thermal/structural/multiphysics analyses, implement instrumentation and DAQ, run hands-on tests, analyze data, interface with customers, and produce rigorous test reports to validate and iterate hardware.

Lead development, integration, and flight-validation of high-temperature materials and payloads. Design and test ceramic/composite systems, build instrumentation and DAQ, perform multiphysics analyses, prototype hardware, support flight demonstrations, and coordinate cross-functional manufacturing and program efforts.
