Partners with the CFO, Accounting, Operations, Program Management, and senior leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decisions, improve forecasting processes, and build scalable FP&A systems in a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing environment.

Directs operational technology and IT operations for a regulated aerospace manufacturing facility. Owns manufacturing networks, industrial controls, infrastructure, ERP/MES/PLM integrations, business continuity, CMMC, ITAR, SOC 2, incident response, vendors, budgets, and a site IT/OT team. The role requires hands-on production-floor troubleshooting, compliance evidence, secure OT segmentation, and recovery planning, with on-site leadership in Irvine and support across multiple facilities.

Supports the CFO in managing accounting, financial reporting, ERP implementation, month-end close, consolidations, internal controls, audits, and process improvements. Leads finance and accounting projects, prepares financial statements and management reports, performs reconciliations and analysis, and partners cross-functionally to improve scalability and accuracy. Provides guidance to accounting staff in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Leads platform-wide procurement strategy across multiple operating companies, develops distributed procurement teams, drives inventory and sourcing cost savings, reduces supplier risk, standardizes Epicor ERP processes, manages KPIs, negotiates supplier agreements, and ensures compliance with government contracting, export control, and quality requirements.

Provides first- and second-level support for hardware, software, network, ERP, MES, and CAD/CAM issues in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. Maintains CMMC and NIST 800-171 compliance, assists with cybersecurity audits and documentation, enforces security practices, trains users, and manages IT asset and ticket records. The role is fully on-site and includes occasional travel to an alternate site.

Set up and operate CNC 3-5 axis mills, routers, and lathes to produce precision aerospace components. Interpret blueprints, CNC programs, tooling lists, and work orders; load programs, establish offsets, perform inspections, complete first-article runs, troubleshoot machining issues, and support process improvements. Responsibilities also include preventative maintenance, documentation, safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards in an AS9100 manufacturing environment.

On-site program manager who bridges PMO and production to drive thermal protection and aerospace hardware from R&D into high-rate manufacturing. Owns schedule recovery, risk mitigation, ERP data integrity, shop-floor expediting, KPI/dashboard reporting, customer liaison, and cross-functional alignment to ensure on-time delivery for defense and space programs.

Lead mechanical design and production readiness for composite (phenolic/elastomer) components. Drive prototyping, FEA and hand calculations, failure investigations, process controls, and cross‑functional manufacturing improvements to meet aerospace/defense standards and production goals.

On-site program manager who drives end-to-end lifecycle of aerospace thermal protection systems, aligning cross-functional teams, expediting shop-floor execution, managing ERP data integrity, tracking KPIs, mitigating risks, and supporting customer integration for mission-critical defense and space programs.

Drive shop-floor continuous improvement through time and motion studies, standard work creation, TPS/lean application, Kaizen facilitation, data-driven productivity tracking, and frontline coaching to improve throughput, quality, and process maturity.

Own and operate HR systems and processes—HRIS configuration, integrations, data governance, reporting, and root-cause problem solving. Lead implementations, design cross-functional workflows with Payroll/IT/Finance, run audits, vendor relationships, change management, and apply automation/AI to reduce manual HR work.

Perform aerothermal CFD and thermal protection system (TPS) analysis for reentry and hypersonic vehicles. Create/mesh/run/post-process CFD models, assess ablation and heat transfer, calculate pressures/heat flux/aero loads, develop test plans, correlate flight/test data with simulations, collaborate across design, manufacturing, and test, and support proposals and product development.

Perform vehicle-level aerothermal and TPS analysis using CFD and thermal tools; engage customers, run simulations, develop test plans, validate flight data, and support TPS design and manufacturing across space and hypersonic platforms.
