Drive shop-floor continuous improvement through time and motion studies, standard work creation, TPS/lean application, Kaizen facilitation, data-driven productivity tracking, and frontline coaching to improve throughput, quality, and process maturity.

Lead development, integration, and flight-validation of high-temperature materials and payloads. Perform aerothermal CFD and thermal protection system (TPS) analysis for reentry and hypersonic vehicles. Create/mesh/run/post-process CFD models, assess ablation and heat transfer, calculate pressures/heat flux/aero loads, develop test plans, correlate flight/test data with simulations, collaborate across design, manufacturing, and test, and support proposals and product development.

Perform vehicle-level aerothermal and TPS analysis using CFD and thermal tools; engage customers, run simulations, develop test plans, validate flight data, and support TPS design and manufacturing across space and hypersonic platforms.

Join R&D teams to design, build, and test high-temperature materials and hardware for aerospace. Assist with CAD modeling, experimental setups, instrumentation and data acquisition, analyze experimental data, perform guided thermal/structural analyses, support prototype integration, and document results for technical reports.
