Manage key customer relationships for launch services, acting as TPS subject-matter expert and solutions architect. Own pipeline development, customer and partner engagement, capture planning, proposal execution, and market intelligence to drive measurable revenue growth and position the company on major DoD, prime, and advanced aerospace programs.

On-site program manager who drives end-to-end execution of aerospace and defense thermal protection systems. Aligns engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain; resolves production bottlenecks; maintains ERP data integrity; tracks KPIs and schedules; communicates technical status to customers and leadership; and supports integration, testing, and on-site activities.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver thermal protection solutions from concept through production. Act as technical liaison to customers, manage program risks, track milestones/budgets, coordinate joint development across partners, support capture efforts, and provide data-driven decision support. Travel to customer and test sites as needed and occasionally support hands-on engineering and manufacturing activities.

10-week, full-time onsite engineering internship supporting manufacturing, materials, and product development for aerospace thermal protection systems. Tasks include CAD modeling, prototype builds, materials testing, process documentation, root-cause analysis, and data collection to support production and R&D improvements.

Coordinate PMO, production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to track high-volume aerospace manufacturing programs. Drive execution by identifying delays, expediting shop-floor work, maintaining ERP and customer portal data, supporting KPI/dashboard reporting, managing risks and recovery plans, and communicating status to stakeholders. Support documentation, OORs, and occasional travel for onsite integration.

Lead factory flow optimization and ERP shop-floor adoption. Map current/future state value streams, design layouts and line balance, implement visual factory systems, drive lean continuous improvement, create SOPs, and partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve throughput, reduce WIP, and meet aerospace quality standards and KPIs.

Lead design and execution of high-temperature aerospace test campaigns: design test hardware and GSE in CAD, perform thermal/structural/multiphysics analyses, implement instrumentation and DAQ, run hands-on tests, analyze data, interface with customers, and produce rigorous test reports to validate and iterate hardware.

Support and optimize Epicor ERP migration and data integrity across manufacturing modules. Develop and automate BAQs, dashboards, and reports; troubleshoot ERP transactions; perform root-cause analysis; provide operational and executive reporting; partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support audits and compliance in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Manage and oversee full-cycle accounts receivable and payable across U.S. sites, leading an AR/AP team. Ensure timely invoicing, collections, vendor payments, cash application, compliance with controls, month-end close support, process standardization, ERP improvements, and cross-functional partnership to optimize cash flow.
