Leads budgeting, rolling forecasts, 13-week cash forecasting, multi-entity consolidation, variance analysis, financial modeling, management reporting, and KPI development. Partners with the CFO, Accounting, Operations, Program Management, and senior leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decisions, improve forecasting processes, and build scalable FP&A systems in a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing environment.

Directs operational technology and IT operations for a regulated aerospace manufacturing facility. Owns manufacturing networks, industrial controls, infrastructure, ERP/MES/PLM integrations, business continuity, CMMC, ITAR, SOC 2, incident response, vendors, budgets, and a site IT/OT team. The role requires hands-on production-floor troubleshooting, compliance evidence, secure OT segmentation, and recovery planning, with on-site leadership in Irvine and support across multiple facilities.

Supports the CFO in managing accounting, financial reporting, ERP implementation, month-end close, consolidations, internal controls, audits, and process improvements. Leads finance and accounting projects, prepares financial statements and management reports, performs reconciliations and analysis, and partners cross-functionally to improve scalability and accuracy. Provides guidance to accounting staff in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
