Prepares customer data packages, Certificates of Conformance, eCert submissions, and source-inspection documentation. Verifies part marking, labeling, serialization, approvals, and documentation completeness; maintains quality records and supports audits, AS9100 compliance, document control, and process improvement. Works cross-functionally with production, quality, inspection, supply chain, program management, and shipping teams.

Quality Engineer responsible for maintaining quality systems, conducting audits and inspections, managing nonconforming materials and MRB processes, completing AS9102 first article inspections, and leading root-cause and corrective-action investigations. The role supports aerospace manufacturing processes, supplier quality, calibration, customer complaints, process improvement, training, and compliance with drawings and specifications. The engineer works closely with production personnel, customers, suppliers, and management in office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments.

Supports Epicor ERP migration, implementation, and data integrity in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Develops BAQs, dashboards, reports, and KPIs; troubleshoots ERP transactions; analyzes manufacturing and financial performance; resolves data discrepancies; supports upgrades, testing, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to deliver scalable reporting and actionable insights.
