Manage key customer relationships for launch services, acting as TPS subject-matter expert and solutions architect. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support procurement/contracts, develop technical workplans with engineers, respond to RFQs/order changes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for space launch programs.

Manage office operations including procurement, invoicing, ERP data entry, IT vendor coordination, mail, events, and visitor systems. Support HR with records, attendance, onboarding, training coordination, recruiting support, and cross-functional administrative tasks while ensuring safety and 5-S compliance.

Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives; execute schedules and prioritize programs; build and mentor manufacturing teams; partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams; monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; support hiring, onboarding, training, production readiness, and scaling efforts.
