Coordinate PMO, production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to track high-volume aerospace manufacturing programs. Drive execution by identifying delays, expediting shop-floor work, maintaining ERP and customer portal data, supporting KPI/dashboard reporting, managing risks and recovery plans, and communicating status to stakeholders. Support documentation, OORs, and occasional travel for onsite integration.

Lead and improve the AS9100D-aligned Quality Management System across aerospace manufacturing sites. Develop procedures, run internal audits, track KPIs, manage corrective actions, perform root cause analysis (8D/5 Why), support supplier and customer quality issues, and produce executive-level quality reporting.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver thermal protection solutions from concept through production. Act as technical liaison to customers and partners, manage risks, schedules, budgets, KPIs, and joint development efforts; support proposals, track program health, and occasionally travel to test and customer sites.
