Coordinates organization-wide strategic initiatives by developing project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables, facilitating cross-functional communication, and preparing reports and briefing materials for executive leadership and the board. Maintains dashboards, scorecards, documentation, and project-management tools; coordinates meetings, committees, and workgroups; gathers performance data; and identifies improvements to planning, reporting, accountability, and organizational visibility.

Manages a regional puppy program by recruiting and supporting volunteer puppy raisers, coordinating placements, classes, workshops, communications, records, and matriculation. Oversees puppy health, behavior, foster care, kennel care, released-dog placements, specialty raising programs, and shipment logistics. Trains staff, volunteers, instructors, and apprentices while collaborating with veterinary, breeding, training, research, marketing, and development teams.

Provide clerical and organizational support to the puppy program: coordinate puppy raisers and orientations, manage materials and shipments, process contracts and correspondence, assist with matriculation and release dog processes, and support events like graduations.
