The role coordinates cross-department initiatives, manages online program content and technology tools, supports CRM and portal improvements, represents the organization publicly, and collaborates with marketing, veterinary, breeding, and training teams.

Processes and tracks client applications, submits completed applications for committee review, and provides Salesforce-based administrative support. The role also coordinates volunteer onboarding, instructs clients during team training, supports graduates afterward, and coordinates dog transportation. Successful candidates need strong organization, communication, recordkeeping, computer, multitasking, and time-management skills. Prior administrative experience, dog handling experience, and experience supporting people with disabilities are preferred or desired.

Coordinates organization-wide strategic initiatives by developing project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables, facilitating cross-functional communication, and preparing reports and briefing materials for executive leadership and the board. Maintains dashboards, scorecards, documentation, and project-management tools; coordinates meetings, committees, and workgroups; gathers performance data; and identifies improvements to planning, reporting, accountability, and organizational visibility.
