Teams at Canine Companions for Independence, Inc.

Maintain and optimize the organization's Salesforce NPSP instance and integrations, manage large data sets and migrations, support end users and permissions, produce reports and dashboards, provide training and documentation, and lead CRM process improvements and automations to support organizational goals.

Provide administrative, clerical, and customer-service support including scheduling, correspondence, data entry, filing, mail and inventory management, light bookkeeping, assisting with applications and program activities, occasional dog care and transport, and supporting team projects and meetings with accurate recordkeeping and professionalism.

Manage volunteer puppy raisers and daily puppy program operations, including recruitment, orientation, mentoring, class supervision, recordkeeping, health/behavior monitoring, specialty program oversight, and coordination with training, breeding, and development teams to support puppy placement, matriculation, and public outreach.
