Manage day-to-day accounting (GL, AP, AR, bank entries), month/quarter/year closings, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, audit support, ERP maintenance, and working capital monitoring to ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Lead financial structuring and execution of Open Access/wheeling solar transactions in India. Manage due diligence, financial modelling, stakeholder coordination, legal documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to close deals. Refine models and template documentation while driving strategy to accelerate project conversion.

The role involves leading legal operations for Candi, focusing on negotiating contracts, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with laws across various jurisdictions.
