Own full-cycle payroll for multi-entity, multi-state operations and administer employee benefits programs. Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, tax and compliance tasks, year-end processing, benefits enrollment/COBRA/ACA/401(k) support, vendor coordination, reporting, HRIS updates (UKG preferred), and provide employee support while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead enterprise project and vendor management functions, own centralized intake and agile delivery frameworks, drive portfolio prioritization, manage PMO/VMO teams, budgets, vendor lifecycle, and executive reporting to ensure on-time, quality delivery and continuous improvement.

Serve as the Guidewire-focused business analyst for claims and billing, translating business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria; support ClaimCenter and BillingCenter configuration, integrations, data mapping, UAT, and Agile ceremonies; provide secondary PolicyCenter support and engage stakeholders across claims, billing, finance, and vendors to improve processes and system usage.
