Creates production-ready graphic designs for secure documents such as driver licences, identification cards, travel documents, and banknotes. Applies graphic design, typography, layout, colour theory, print production, and AI-assisted creative tools. Collaborates with internal stakeholders, evaluates and refines AI-generated content, manages design projects from concept through delivery, and supports secure, compliant, and innovative production workflows.

Provides financial analysis and reporting for manufacturing operations, including project costing, budget-to-actual analysis, monthly accounting close and reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Collaborates with purchasing, logistics, sales, and operations stakeholders, and supports software implementation and process improvement. Requires advanced Excel skills, finance or accounting experience, and eligibility for a Government of Canada Secret Level II clearance.

Designs, manages, secures, and optimizes CBN’s global enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN/WiFi, routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VoIP systems. Responsibilities include network troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, monitoring, topology documentation, infrastructure upgrades, automation, security administration, and cross-functional project support. The role requires on-call availability, physical site work, travel between regional locations, and occasional annual travel.

Develop software for real-time scientific instrument control, data acquisition, processing, and visualization. Build RESTful APIs, workflow automation tools, and interactive researcher interfaces while integrating laboratory instruments and experimental systems. Collaborate with data, research, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver reliable end-to-end applications. Maintain software quality through automated testing, CI/CD, version control, and modern development practices.

Provide advanced onsite and remote workstation, mobile device, and SaaS support across sites. Manage endpoint provisioning, imaging, Intune/Autopilot, AD/AAD, software packaging, security hardening, scripting automation, and user training.

Visually inspect securely printed documents (currency, passports, IDs, stamps) for colour or print defects, flag out-of-spec items to production supervisor, and accurately count printed output. Work on rotating shifts in an on-site, unionized manufacturing environment while meeting physical and security clearance requirements.

Lead technology strategy, architecture, engineering delivery, and operations for a regulated, national-scale identity platform. Build and lead engineering teams, establish SRE/observability, embed AI-enabled development, ensure security/privacy/compliance, support customer-controlled deployments, and represent technology to customers, regulators, and the board.
