Develop and mature cloud financial management for Azure (with potential multi-cloud expansion). Establish governance, tagging, reporting, forecasting, chargeback/showback, and cost-optimization practices. Partner with finance and engineering to implement cost-efficient architectures, manage reservations/savings plans, produce dashboards and KPIs, investigate anomalies, and drive continuous FinOps improvements across the organization.

Develop and implement quality control plans and specifications for secure printed products. Audit production processes, apply statistical quality control, track non-conformances, lead corrective actions, and collaborate with R&D and Operations to launch products and improve manufacturing quality.

Provide advanced endpoint support across corporate workstations, mobile devices, printers and AV; manage AD/AAD, Intune/Autopilot and Microsoft Endpoint Management; perform OS hardening, software packaging/deployment, scripting automation, and deskside/remote support while collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Visually inspect securely printed documents (currency, passports, IDs, stamps) for colour or print defects, flag out-of-spec items to production supervisor, and accurately count printed output. Work on rotating shifts in an on-site, unionized manufacturing environment while meeting physical and security clearance requirements.

Provide bilingual front-desk reception and administrative support at two Ottawa sites: greet visitors, manage calls, issue visitor badges, coordinate mail, appointments, conference rooms, catering, and maintain professional reception area.

Create conceptual and production-ready designs for secure documents (banknotes, passports, IDs). Produce detailed illustrations and security linework, prepare digital artwork for press proof trials and production, collaborate with production and sales, manage project files, and present designs for customer approval while ensuring production compliance.

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native data platforms and production-grade pipelines using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks. Implement lakehouse/medallion architectures, transform data with SQL/PySpark/Python, enable BI and AI workloads, enforce data quality, governance and security, automate deployments with DataOps/IaC, optimize costs, produce runbooks/docs, and mentor junior data engineers.

Design, build, and optimize scalable applications across the full software development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver reliable solutions, and perform various development tasks and responsibilities to support secure technology products.

Lead technology strategy, architecture, engineering delivery, and operations for a regulated, national-scale identity platform. Build and lead engineering teams, establish SRE/observability, embed AI-enabled development, ensure security/privacy/compliance, support customer-controlled deployments, and represent technology to customers, regulators, and the board.

Design and maintain enterprise semantic models and AI-ready data products, build and optimize Power BI datasets and DAX metrics, enforce governance and security, enable self-service and AI-assisted analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to support BI and ML integrations.
